I frequented this location with my daughter years ago, and we absolutely loved the service! The ladies were wonderful, had no complaints.
After five or so years we chose to go back. The people working there now (different from before) are honestly terrible. I went reluctantly two times (thinking maybe the first time they were simply in a rush/busy), and both times we went, I had complaints. Rude/subpar service, rushed, etc. It was obvious we were a bother. The place was not at all sanitary.
The set of nails I got both times I had to remove myself after a week because of the lumps in the nails. I paid $75 both times just for myself and got nothing close to what I asked for. Ended up giving up trying to explain and found a new nail tech. The quality just isn’t there anymore, and that is so unfortunate.
This place is honestly heartbreaking. I get my nails done here and within not even a week they are popping off. That's why I go to nail kit
I am just now reading the reviews , but yet I’ve been here 4 times and feel I should write something. When you walk in, yes the chairs are dirty looking but I usually sit for less then 5 min. Manger/owner? Always says how can we help you. I’ve never had an appointment , I just walk in. I’ve had 3 different techs and each one has been a different personality. But this was good. Never boring, one day they were playing Disney songs and everyone started singing and it made for a fun experience. Everyone has been in good spirits . My nails usually are acrylic but then I grew out my nails to use them as my base. I don’t have chipping , or breakage as some mentioned. Honestly your suppose to have a fill ever 3 weeks but mine can wait til 6. Maybe I’m lucky but honestly I love this place. I have seen the one lady on her phone but she doesn’t miss a beat when doing my nails. I paid 210$ in Florida to get my nails done but here was 55$ and ten times happier. I think if you come in with a attitude, that’s the service you get. They deal with stinky feet all day , ask yourself would you be in the best mood?
Haven't had my nails done in over 16 years. My daughter and I got Christmas nails. Staff very friendly and did exactly what I asked.
I went to the nail club yesterday and had this awesome lady named Jessie. I walked in around 6 pm and they close at 6:30 pm but Jessie took her time and made sure my nails were done correctly and made sure the polish was dry before asking me to pay. I would highly recommend this place and go back when I am in town again.
Long rant; the moment I walked inside I was disappointed. I was not welcomed at all, I was stared down and never approached. I waited 1 hour and 30 mins before a tech finally came over to me and told me to pick a color and I would be helped in 10 mins (which ended up being another half hour.) so my wait time all together was 2 HOURS! The lady finally took me back to do my nails and I noticed how FILTHY the table was. Wasn’t cleaned after the prior customer and tbh probably wasn’t cleaned before her either. The tech I had was very sweet and kind which is the ONLY reason I gave this place a two star. But she rushed my nails bc once I was finally helped they were closed. So my nails came out deformed and as soon as I got back home I had to reshape them myself. She did a good job on the paint and design though I must say. But my overall experience was awful. I’m saddened bc there aren’t many nail salons near my location and drove 30 mins to be disappointed.
I went in there yesterday to get my nails done for prom. It was 4:30, and there were two nail techs in there- one was doing a pedicure and one was sitting at her station with no customer. She explains to me that she has an appointment at 5:00 & she will get my nails done before her appointment gets there. She starts FILING my nails and gets HALF WAY done when her appointment walks in 20 minutes early and she tells me to GET UP and come back in an hour. This is extremely unprofessional because when you are giving your services to someone, you never do it half way and tell them to get up. She was also extremely rude, do not recommend to anyone ever.
I don't have an issue with this business. Yes I had to wait but it was Saturday so that was expected. I'll go back.
