Wonderful experience every time! Lovely ladies are in charge of this very popular, long standing business. The staff is kind and helpful. From seniors down to toddlers, the staff tries to make each customer feel welcome and satisfied with their service. Support this long established business. They enjoy a fine reputation because they work so hard to maintain it.
I would stay away from this business. These people have no idea what customer service is all about. My daughter had an appt to get a full set of acrylic nails and the women that was working on her literally hurt her while she doing her nails. My daughter said nothing the first time she hurt her (Mistakes happen) but then she did it again and pulled her hand away saying "ouch". she looked down at her finger and she was actually bleeding. The women actually sushed her!!!! She didn't want anyone knowing. My daughter spoke up and asked for someone other then her and they told her they had nobody else available. So she waited and hour for another tech to do her nails. She was so uncomfortable and not one person apologized. If anything she felt like she was getting dirty looks while they were talking in another language.
She finally got done and I couldn't believe it but they even charged her more then the usual!! What?? Are you joking??
I called after she came home 3 hrs later from her appointment.
I explained the situation to the lady on the phone and she kept telling me that the person that ended up doing her nails did a great job with the design on her nails. Does that even make sense? I asked to speak with a manager and she lied and said she was the manager. I know who owns the place and if wasn't her. I would never recommend this place no would i said your daughter alone. This was the worst experience EVER!!!!
Stay clear! There are plenty of other places to chose from in Lake Zurich!

I've been here a few times and for a pedicure it's ok. If you want a manicure expect horrible filing and botchy colors. I do think it depends on who you get but honestly it's not worth how much they charge. They also take so long to do anything, a normal mani/pedi took 2 hours. Ridiculous. It's nothing fancy. I'd go some place else.

If you do your nails regularly, you know that when you find your regular nail technician you have the best experience over and over! For me it’s Vi! ????????????
I used to love Nail Circle and have given them many chances. However, I have had 2 very poor experiences that make my not want to go back. First, my nails all peeled after 4 days with a no chip. When I went back, they told me it’s because my skin is too oily (I’ve never had oily skin) and that they’d fix it. They peeled off the bad parts without properly taking it off and then painted over the existing polish, even after I asked them to take the polish off and redo it properly. My nails looked like beans. I asked that they take it off and do it properly. The woman became very upset and sent someone else over to help me. The woman who ended up coming over did well. I went again. This time my thumb nail chipped after 2 days. Again, I went back and showed them a picture of the polish. When she started painting, I told her that the color doesn’t match. She said that after a day, it will change and match and not to worry. When I took a closer look, there is no way it will change, they mixed the colors so they don’t match anymore. I called the salon and the woman argued with me telling me that I should have known the color, when I told her that I did and I showed the tech a picture of the bottle, she told me that “if we aren’t good enough for you, don’t come back”.
This is my go to place. I get a pedicure monthly which I love but there should be more consistent massage. It really depends who you get. Also I noticed my big toes chip after a week but I think that more because of me. I have gotten regular manicure which always look nice, no chip, and most recently dip nails which I loved and lasted for about three weeks. I have paper thin nails and wash my hands and clean a lot. The younger woman next to me told me hers last for five weeks typically.. best salon In Lake zurich for sure.
I can’t explain enough how devastating it was to leave this salon after going there for so many years! It use to be a positive environment with so many friendly faces but all that changed dramatically. They hired new staff members. The last couple times I went, the mail tech who was doing my nails kept looking away while filing. She would be answering calls and looking away at everyone else and not focusing on my nails. They were so crooked and uneven it was ridiculous. I let it go, because some people have their bad days and I figured it was one of those. NOPE. The last time I came, she did the same. I told her to stop because I will not pay for my nails to be uneven. She fixed herself and directed all attention to my nails but was not happy about it. And to top all of this. While my mom and I were ready to pay they would look as I put in my card, waiting for the tip amount to be processed. They would even ask if I had cash for tip. TIPPING is a sum of money customarily given by a customer to certain service sector workers for the service they have performed, in addition to the basic price of the service. This definition was taken directly from the web. I left without tipping because of how mad I was with my couple experiences. I am never going back there. They need to control their staff and manage their time. I am disappointed and disgusted.!!!
