I have gone here on and off for years and usual see Raphael who is amazing but he wasn’t there today so someone else did my nails, I didn’t catch her name. She cut my skin on 3 different fingers - one of them being so deep that it started bleeding and was very painful. She just said sorry and put some blue liquid (I’m assuming alcohol?) on it that made it sting so bad it brought tears to my eyes. She was also pretty obviously sick and was sniffling and coughing the entire visit which was uncomfortable given the current Covid climate. All in all it was a horrible experience and I left there in tears. Moral of the story, if you have someone who does a good job for you - make an appointment with them directly instead of risking trying someone new.

This is a relaxing and very gorgeous salon. There are usually lots of customers however wait times are reasonable. Raphael is my go to for nails as he does an awesome job, takes his time and can do beautiful designs. Mimi is also an excellent nail artist.

Raphael Tran has done my nails and I love them. Everytime he does my nails they come out amazing.

Raphael Tran is so amazing! I absolutely loved my nails. This was my first time visiting from out of state and he was not only good at nails. His personality matched his work. He was hilarious but super fast and I love my nails!!! Highly recommend him! Thanks whenever I’m in town I’ll be back for sure.

Should have walked out after my nail tech started slamming stuff and huffing and puffing at me when I didn’t agree to the more expensive service She aggressively recommended.

Not sure of her name but she had long hair with highlights and a very low cut dress, pretty girl, very ugly personality.

She rushed through my gel manicure in less than 20 minutes, left polish all over my fingers and big chunks of gel on my nails. She was relentless and rude and hit my hands away from her when she was done. All because I told her nicely that I did not want the powder or an ugly foil textured nail topper that she was pushing.

I went to this nail place for the first time today with my sister and a friend and I am only rating on my personal experience. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and an SNS treatment, something that I have received at least once a month for the last 10 years. This was possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I never leave reviews. I work in customer service and because of this I’m very patient and understanding when things don’t always happen how you expect.

I was very disappointed in my pedicure. My request was that the staff member refrain from using the “cheese grater” and use a scrub sponge instead, which she respected, but hardly exfoliated at all with the sponge. The deluxe pedicure also includes a sugar scrub which was less than mediocre and barely covered my calves let alone my feet as well. The staff member was about to paint my toes without offering any massage or lotion until I stopped her to ask if she was going to and she said that she was going to paint my toes first. So since my toe nails were already painted, she did not massage or rub lotion on my feet, and she barely rubbed lotion on my legs (no massage).

My manicurist was rough and appeared inexperienced. I had to constantly be on top of her, which made me feel petty, but all my nails were different lengths and shapes. It’s also worth noting she used a flimsy little nail file and the cleanliness of the other tools is highly questionable.

What really bothered me though was the way I was treated when I asked to sit next to my sister and my friend. We were the ONLY customers seated in the pedicure area of the salon and one of the employees made such a big deal when I asked if we could sit close to each other. He raised his voice at me and starting throwing the armrests, chairs, etc. around in, what seemed like, protest to my very simple request.

They asked for too much of my personal information when checking out, and when I asked for the total before handing over my card I had to ask 3 times because I was being ignored. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
