It’s been 5 days since I went to this nail salon and my nails are still in a lot of pain. The 2nd nail tech I had aggressively filed my nails to the point the skin around the nail filed became raw and bled. It continues to cause pain to touch.
Manicure was rushed and sloppy. Very disatisifed with my nails and the polish that’s already chipping off.
I paid, even tipped them and left.
Lee mentioned they would take better care of me next time. Sadly, I will NOT be back.
The staff is absolutely amazing! ???? Everything in the salon is sparkling clean and all of the furniture is brand new! ❤️ Their services are spectacular! Such attention to detail! ???? The environment is so calm & relaxing! ✨ I cannot imagine going to another nail salon! ????????
I have being going to Nail Boutique & Spa since they opened and still to this day will not go anywhere else. Lee & Katie are amazing, and know all their clients. Katie does my nails, and even picks my colors (which are always perfect). They are a part of our family.
If there was a choice for a 0 rating, I would have picked that.
I have been to this nail salon a few times during the 6 years I have lived in Vero Beach and have had pleasant experiences.
However, when I went on Thursday, Aug 11, the experience was horrible and unprofessional. I asked for Andy since I had used him previously. He got upset when I took a while to decide on a gel nail color to match my toe nail polish. He pushed me off to a woman (? name) who started out OK, but then did a bad job on my nails. She would paint 2 nails on one hand, then put my hand under the light, then paint 1 or 2 nails on the other hand and put my hand under the light. Many coats later, with thickness and goo on my nails, I asked her to remove the gel polish as it looked horrible. They seemed to not understand English that well when I asked questions about the way she was doing my nails and I kept asking if anyone understood English, without a response.
I will never return to this shop.
Maya did an awesome job. I got a full set acrilic which i gave her free reign to go "crazy Christmas theme" and she did a beautiful pedicure all red toe to match. Love love love!
Such an amazing salon! I got one of the best pedicures I've ever had and my nails turned out so amazing. The staff is also very friendly! 10/10 would totally recommend!! ❤
Owner is very rude plus he also overcharged me be careful going to this place.
