Nadia was very nice and honest. I was skeptical at first since I was new to the state and area. I experienced some problems but she corrected the issues quickly and professionally. I would revisit her services again.

I am writing this review because Nadya African Hair Braiding did not provide the best quality work. I got my daughter hair braided on May 14 and on May 16 the hair was falling out and already looked a month old. I paid $180 which $20 was for the hair so $160 total. I asked for my daughter hair to get fully braided. I told Nadya but her name is Eya that I wanted my daughter hair nice and neat with the edges lined up neat and the parts nice and full. I provided 3 pictures of how I wanted my daughter hair. She said OKAY but when I picked my daughter up the parts were big not evenly aligned too much hair showing not what I wanted and I knew it wasn’t going to last. My daughter has a full head of hair only her back is short but I have had her hair braided several times and nobody else had a problem. Her hair is soft but not too soft she is outgrowing a perm. Her hair texture is fine and can be braided and she has all her edges. Nadya rushed to do my daughter hair only taking 3 hrs but it should have taken at least 6-7 hrs like she told me when I asked how long. I knew it was some bull when she finished in 3 hrs instead of 6-7 hrs. Nadya is a very nice person like the reviews stated but nice doesn’t pass when wasting someone hard earn money.

Nadya braided my hair and it was good quality work. She took the time before she started braiding to give me a few pointers on my hair and how to better take care of it. I really appreciated that. I have gotten good compliments on my hair and I will definitely be going back again

I needed to get braids done prior to a long training and decided to try Nadya’s blessings. It was an amazing experience, pain free, and neat let done. She was very friendly, helpful and extremely efficient.

Nadya was very professional and courteous. She did box braids for my niece and they turned out beautiful. This is the reason I selected her after reading all the comments about how good her work is. After she finished my nieces hair and was paid for the service, she forgot to include my deposit towards payment. She contacted me later and apologized and gave me my deposit back. I appreciate her honesty and professionalism in doing that because I had forgotten about myself. I recommend this salon to anyone because you will not be disappointed!
