The food isn’t great . Pinged
Huge carpark, great atmosphere and friendly staff.
Great pub amazing friendly met lots off new friends highly recommended ????
At last this local pub is dog friendly for all of the dog walkers enjoying the local country walks. Warm welcome to us and dogs, complete opposite to last managers who were so rude when I asked about the dogs,we never went back, despite this being our local! Food basic and good vfm.Great news for all dog owners visiting and locals alike.
Place looks good from the outside, but inside could do with a redecorating. Large pub with tables well spaced so that you don't feel over crowded. Sunday dinner was ok, nothing great though. Did have two good ales on though.
Friendly pub, great staff and service, its everyones local. Can get quite busy at times, they serve food, can accommodate for families, and has wheelchair access. Front and back garden, smoking area is out the back. Occasionally has entertainment on. Overall great pub
The Stag is a traditional kind of pub that somehow feels better in summer than winter. The food is "Homely" with fat chips and chunky pies and the like. It's not rowdy by any means and although it's a village pub you don't get "The look" if you're not from the village. Everyone's welcome
Good choice of beers reasonably priced food pleasant staff
