Alid is so patient, nice, and caring. She catered to my needs as the client and was sure not to braid too tight. The shop was clean and the other ladies were also very nice. It was a pleasant experience and I was able to relax and get my hair braided. Great way to self care. I will certainly be back. Thank you!

These young ladies are Amazing ????????. I was a walk in and the ladies took me in. They braided my daughter hair in 3 hours. It only cost me $100. My daughter is biracial so I thought they would have a difficult time with her hair, But no. Everyone says my daughter looks so beautiful ???? now. Even her teachers

I love this going here they always take good care of me my daughter and son. I have been here 4 times already within the last 2 months. I liked my experience at the salon, they have a big space and the lady braiding my hair was fast. I got there around 0915ish and was out by 1530ish for medium shoulder length twists. I will be going back next time if I need my hair done

Very rude acts like they dont know English you tell them how to do a hair style they pic they own. Nasty in here, they did my daughter's n I hair nothing what we ask for she always had n excuse for why we couldn't get it. I couldn't get any money back n that's sad i thought u pay for what u want will be reporting to board of health. Not a clean place to do hair. Packs of braiding hair in bathroom nasty...

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This was the most awful hair braiding experience ever. Let's start with them not having sufficient books for me to pick a kid friendly style out of. Then I was asked to "find a style off YouTube or google" using my phone. I did just that. And I explained to them that I wanted minor changes to the design of the braids. They acted as if they didn't comprehend and finally tried to convince me that my granddaughter couldn't get a certain braid pattern because her hair is natural. I continued to explain the style. They pretended to understand and preceded to start on her hair. I noticed they weren't braiding really good. But I allowed them to finish because I know sometimes the outcome is better than the process. Time passes and I go look at the braids, they are awful and the design is no where near the picture that I showed them. I expressed my displeasure and the OWNER begins to argue with me that it is what I asked for. I let her continue but I go back and show her the picture and try to explain what I wanted. She starts telling me how she's been braiding for a certain amount of time and knows how to run her business because she's been in business for 7 years. At this point I'd been in the shop for 4 hours for 3 rows of cornrows so I just sat down and let her finish.

No professionalism, and no sanitation.

I would not recommend, and I would never go back. Not even if this were the last braiding shop in the world. By far the worst experience I've had in my 53 years of life.

I came in on a Saturday, and got my hair braided and i just want to say, that I'm in love with my hairstyle. My husband love it too, great people, great service and most of all you ladies made me feel very welcome. I will be coming back for sure so please continue to keep up tha good WORK...
