I will definitely never be back to this place. I really think the guy that cut my hair today had no license. He completely destroyed my hairline its honestly the worst haircut i've ever gotten in 30 years. The man Multiple times used his arm hair to test the sharpness of the razor and even cleaned my neck with the hose of a vacuum cleaner?!?! ED why are you on vacation and leaving your shop with people that look like you found them on the street?!?! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have been using that barber shop for a couple years now. It's literally right around the block from where I live. I never have to long wait and feel well known by the barbers

I've been coming to see Abe since I was child, 28 years later I drive over 300 miles from Arizona just to get my haircut by this man, the best barber in town doesn't even begin to describe the man behind the clippers!

Best men's haircut for miles around, this guy is a real barber. Not some Hipster wanna be Barber.

I showed up 10 minutes after opening and waiting in line behind two guys as it is first come first serve. My hair cut was very fast without being rushed, as there were 3 guys behind me in line. I got the current style of short on sides long on top with a line cut in on one side and small fade on other. Was as good as the Paul Mitchell salon I've gone to but even faster. I think the guy's name was Ed or Abe and he was friendly and fun to talk to. I moved to Simi Valley within the past month and did my research to come here as he was $17 instead of $30 for a place as well rated as this. I will come again and know it's really hard to find a haircut place you can trust. Expect some waiting (20 mins) unless you figure out a less busy time of day here.

Without a doubt the best barber in town! The only barbershop I trust to cut mine and my boys hair. The amount of knowledge abe has is unmatched. If you’re looking for a barber in Simi Valley Mountain gate barbershop is definitely the place to go!

Abe is the man! We’ve been coming here since my boy’s first haircut when he was 2 and now he is 10!! I just realized we’ve never written a review? He won’t go to anyone else.
