I asked for a square over lay you can literally see the top of my nail aside from the rhinestone she didn’t use cuticle oil my nails are so dusty after the finish product the stones that Aline my cuticle is all all the same stone my nail nail over all just came out to look dirty also my friend got her eyebrows done and they did not tweeze any extra hair and there is a patch in the front of her eyebrow

I've been coming here for years but the customer service and attitudes have been quite disgusting lately. They always rushing trying to get to the next customer when the shop gets busy instead of taking there time. The bald head guy is rude that does the pedicures.. Then you can tell when they talking about you in there language I am going to start going somewhere else !!

I love the shape of my nails but they charge 15 bucks for polish.I'm not sure how much for stones but by the next day stones were coming off

THIS NAIL SHOP IS TRASH! THEY RUSH AND they don’t even try to shape the nails. ALSO WITHIN ONE WEEK they started popping off. BIG WASTE OF MONEY

Place is filthy and unsanitary and the employees are rude and ratchet not to mention disrespectful and dishonest. I called and told them exactly what I wanted and was given the price and then they did a horrible job and jacked up the price. I told them that’s not what I was told and they got very rude and disrespectful. Gross and on top of it the nails look horrible. Would never recommend. They tried to charge more than $40 more than what was quoted and I just got a basic set and pedi. They pick and choose who they charge what bc the lady next to me got the same an paid $30 less. Gross and the workers themselves are not clean either.

First off, place is dirty. Ceiling falling apart, just looks dinghy. The lady who did my nails was between phone calls and FaceTimes and super rude and rushing. Then I wanted to change my color, she got annoyed and went to do someone’s lashes while I literally picked the other color within 10 seconds so I had to wait 20 minutes to get started again. I was there 2.5 hours. For a full set.. no wait time..

Nails turned out horrible. Never would I ever go there again. Worried about money instead of customer satisfaction. No doubt.
