Ask for Kim when you go!! She did amazing with my nails and she’s sooo kind and talkative! Definitely going back and asking for her! All the workers were friendly :)) make sure you tip these people well, they deserve it!
We went to get our nails done for my sister's wedding. They did not turn out good. My cuticles got flooded with acrylic, there was a ton of product build up under my nails and the polish has a ton of little bumps on there. The lady was rushing the woman before me and made her change the nail color she wanted to get out of the salon and then quickly rushed through mine. I will not go back nor will I recommend this salon to anybody.
I'm here every 3-4 weeks for a pedicure. Always a positive experience. I've been going to Model Nails since I was 19 and I'll be 38 next month.
I have been coming here for years. They do such a great job. I often only get a pedicure while my niece gets a full set. We have always been satisfied when leaving. I have even walked the mall and chipped my toes while do so... and they touched it up before I left for home.
Not exactly what I asked for the flowers are wrong she had me leave with chips in my thumbnail the nails are shooting straight up from the side there was hunks of acrylic stuck under my nail that I had to file down on my own and when the lady would look at me her eyes were very red so that gave me the impression that she was under an influence while doing my nails I had to leave with acrylic all over my hands messed up polish and fingerprints in my nails I would not recommend going here I would go to a more professional person it would be worth the extra money
Cindy did an excellent job on my gel nails with design! Jack and Linda are always friendly and welcoming. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for more than a decade at this point!
About 2-3 years ago this place was the best nail salon in Janesville.. well I started recently coming back and requesting the same person (jack) and it just seems to me he’s no longer able to go do the work he did before! He was amazing at what he doesn’t but now I noticed he doesn’t listen to his customers, he’s rushing things and most importantly he gets distracted and leaves from my appointment to handle other costumers while in the process of painting my nails. Super super disappointed and half tempted to go back and demand them to remove the mistake of a job..
I have gone here 2s and each time I have went there I have been highly satisfied! They are nothing but nice and respectful. The store is very clean, all the employees are respectful and cheerful it makes me getting my nails done a better experience!
