I’ve had a lot of haircuts at different places over the years. Mitchell’s went above and beyond to make my first experience with a straight razor shave the best. I couldn’t have asked for a better haircut and experience. Thank you for going above and beyond with everything. I’m still telling everyone about your place and how to get there. I can’t wait to be back in the area and need a haircut again. Thank you for going above and beyond to accommodate my schedule also.

Its always hard moving on from a barber you've had for years. I moved to South Dakota in July, and decided at some point I needed a haircut. I decided to poke my head in to Mitchell's, and I was very pleasantly surprised. It's cash only, which caught me off guard, but luckily I had some cash in my wallet at the time. The haircut I got was simple, quick, and clean. My barber offered complimentary aftershave, which was very nice. She worked very quick, and gave me exactly what I asked for. I will be coming there for all my haircuts for the foreseeable future.

Got right in and out. Mitch was easy to chat with and very kind. $17 for a good high quality hair cut. As good as you’re ever going to find.

I'm not really sure how Mitchell does it. It's a mystery and verging on Spearfish urban legend. To sum up, I have never had a bad haircut at Mitchell's Barber shop and I've been going there for a decade.

I always go to Mitch. He does an excellent job at a fair price and the atmosphere is awesome.

I’ve stopped in twice so far. Both times were great. The gentlemen were very polite and did a great job in a timely manner. I see no reason anyone would ever feel the need to leave a bad review. It’s a wonderful “small town barber”. My best guess is those individuals are just uptight yuppies and don’t appreciate a great small business.

I came down here for a fun little vacation and I realized I needed a quick cut. Little did I know about how great the services were going to be. Mitchell did a fantastic job cutting my hair and getting me ready to hit the town! He also gave some fantastic recommendations on fun things to do around the area. I would definitely drive 7 hours again for another cut!
