Worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. The technician was stoic and very abrasive. I was one of two people in a very large shop asked if I had the TV volume turned up or music on she said no. Over priced and definitely not worth it. Horrible experience.
Accepted my daughter as a walk-in. Nail tech was very polite and did her nails just like the picture she provided. They also explained the different types of nails to her. We will be going back.
Experience was so so. Received a pedicure and still have hard crusty skin that with some elbow grease could of been exfoliated down. That’s one of the main reasons I went. Because of health reasons I can’t do my own feet but I feel like I could’ve done a better job on my own and saved myself some money. Nail polish wasn’t applied neatly. I should’ve waited and went to my regular place. Also the options for polish were old and ugly.
I was visiting from out of state, and my SIL and her sister wanted to get our nails done (shellac manicure and regular pedicure), so they made us appointments a few days prior so we could all get seen together. I highly recommend calling ahead to make an appointment. They were very busy with attempted walk-ins while I was there and the times they told them kept pushing into the PM. Theresa took her time and did excellent work to accommodate my requests. She did a fantastic job and was pleasant when we did converse. Though I am not from the area, I will definitely keep in mind for when I do visit.
I stopped in a week prior and was advised by the owner (& I agree with many others that she is rude) $10 mani/$30 pedi for natural nails
I was charged $20 BUCKS
for the BASIC (warm water adorned with some $store glass marbles and some lotion after). Scented soak or scrub was $10 extra.
$40 PEDI.
They charged $10 to add scented soak & scrub & body butter to the pedi. Otherwise the warm water only pedi is $30.....& Geez no one ever addressed me by the name I signed in with. No conversations took place with me as a new client. Only with co-workers & in their native language. My manicure table smelled like onions from dining at the work station and it was full of dust. I could say a lot on a pathetic scale of 1-3....But, I won't do business with Miss Nails again.
I moved to the Livonia area and had to find a new nail place. I hit the jackpot!
It is a great atmosphere! It is very roomy, very clean, but ultimately my nails look amazing every time I walk out! They also have a great selection of nail colors thats it’s too hard to decide sometimes!
The owner is absolutely rude and cold. My Daughter was hoping for a special design for her birthday party. We verified first if they were able to do it. The owner said yes and started working on my daughter's nails. I was horrified that she removed her nail polish from her natural little nails with a dremmel tool!! My daughter is 8! Then the lady changed her mind and said no she wouldn't do the design that we asked for at the beginning of the service. We could not have ran out of there fast enough. I witnessed terrible attitudes from several of the staff members towards their customers. Never again.
Honestly, the rudest manager. I can't believe you have staff that treat people like that. ???? kinda sad. We use to come there all the time for the experience but man. Ya rude owner too!!! If you don't want children then have a sign!!! Warning they say kid friendly. Never go here!!!!!!!
