The best barber in the area. You'll need to call ahead 2-3 weeks, but it is worth the wait. The owner is very friendly and will give great suggestions. Prices are reasonable.
Went to Mirror Barber Shop @ the request of my son- in - law. Very impressed with the shop and the owner of the shop. He has a booming business. I have heard from other people that he is very good at what he does. And better yet, he is very reasonable for the cost of a hair cut. If anyone is looking for a fair and honest barber, I highly recommend Mirror Barber Shop.
Jon cut my elderly father's hair. My dad is in a wheelchair. Jon made all accommodations to assist my dad and cut his hair. He moved his regular equipment to create a space for my father. Jon is outgoing, very likeable, communicative, and listens well. He is very clean. His shop is easily accessible, just a walk in off the street. Haircuts are now by appointment only. We will happily come back and we have our next appointment booked.
Jon has been cutting my brother and father's hair (and beards) for about 4 years now. He is always warm and welcoming. Old school barber knows exactly what he's doing, they always leave their appointments looking sharp! Highly recommend supporting this local favorite.
Jon is the best! Great hair cut, awesome conversation and above bar barber shop! Takes cash or card now and has appointments slots so that you can plan your day! Or if you are walking by and see no one in the chair he takes walk ins! Great little place! Keep it up Jon I will for sure be back! Also will be telling all my friends and family!
Absolutely fantastic barber shop! I've known John since he worked at Maplewood Barber and once he left I had to follow him. John's very skilled at what he does and his personality is something not many barbers have, which says A LOT. The place is small and looks exactly like what a barber shop should look like, and the location is ideal given it's downtown, as well as generous parking nearby. His prices are also very fair and reasonable.

I've tried places from Puyallup to Tacoma, and every one of them over charges for cuts and didn't cut my hair the way I asked.
