I could not get past how filthy the place is. My experience at Lavendar at Santana Row for the same investment was far, far superior. I understand Mimi herself is good but I was also not impressed with the gel polish that chipped each day not lasting a week. Which was a great contrast to the 6+ weeks my last manicure lasted. I would rather drive out of town to a clean, warm and professional environment. This was my third visit since opening and I just cannot support this local business as much as I would like to due to how dirty, dusty, and cobweby her place is. I do not like to give poor reviews however I hope this review helps her improve the atmosphere so she will attract the abundance she may be looking for. I trust this will be well received and lead to a great sanitary cleansing.

Had such a great experience, Mimi is amazing.... I've never been there before, it was my first time, my daughter-n-law recommended the nail salon, so I thought I'd try them out cuz the place (Modern Nails) in Turlock that did my last set did a horrible job. Mimi fixed my nails and made them look sooo beautiful and she also surprised me with putting lil flowers on my nails. I'm super happy with the experience I had at Mimi's.

I absolutely love Mimi's and the great work they do . Shes amazing at lashes and amazing when you book with her. Also deluxe pedicure is amazing . Although prices raised a bit shes still better then anyone in Los Banos . Rose Gold wity glitter and chrome :) .

This was my first time going to Mimi's. I was very happy with the service I received. Mimi was very friendly. She did a wonderful job on my nails. I definitely recommend coming here. I already booked my next appointment.

Is very very clean and they try to take care of you right away or they do a good job they're very friendly. I had a nail polish called tiger eye. Because of work I have to keep my nails short

Beware the cancellation Temper and rudeness when you don’t do what the owner says.

So me and my mother are regulars that go every month and for me and my mom is almost $200 because of how much we get the service from the owner. Recently we made appointments and canceled them a couple times due to family health issues and we just couldn’t make them and always tried.

Today 7/08/22

My mom and I finally had the time to at least get my mom’s nails done since a long time. We were excited to see Mimi and Mimi asked if I was going to do my nails as well. I said “no, not today we just have time for my mom” she gave us attitude and the whole time we sat there no talking, no communication just no interest in us at all and to top it off, she hurts my mothers fingers sanding the sides of her fingers. She has cuts now and my mom is diabetic. I had to put bandaids when we got home.

So she even had attitude the whole way when paying and didn’t say nothing to us and literally her actions was hateful towards us.

We won’t be coming here ever again and we will find a another place to call home. All this because we didn’t do what SHE wanted. Also since the last time we came to her shop, it wasn’t as dirty, messy, and products everywhere. The floors are slippery and they just have mess now. It’s disgusting, No sense of cleanliness, pride in her shop.
