I really wanna keep this salon my own secret, but the truth is others should know how good it is! This was my first visit to Pro Nails after tiring of the poor customer service at my previous salon and I must say this experience was a breath of fresh air. The salon seemed nicely appointed; more so than you would expect from the street view. As soon as I came in, Michelle was professional & nice, greeting me, letting me know the wait time, and also taking a look at my desired nail design to make sure she could do it. Without an appt, I was told an hour wait--which is about what I expected for a Saturday, but it did end up being slightly less: 45 minutes. I also saw them allow people to put their names down, leave and come & back; a nice courtesy not often afforded at other shops. Michelle worked carefully with me the entire time, suggesting colors and asking questions to make sure I was happy with my holiday design. Her customer service was amazing and I also found the prices to be very affordable. I left more than happy with my nails and having found a new nail place, as I will be back again and again!

I have a regular nail tech who happened to be on vacation when my nail broke. In desperate need I visited as a walk-in a little after 9 am and was greeted with smiles and professionalism. This place was very clean and has a separate side for pedicures!

My nail tech was extremely professional and careful with my nails especially the broken one. The pedicure was heavenly! I highly recommend them if you're interested in a nail salon in North St Louis County.

This was my 1st time coming...It was recommended that I try it...because the place I was going...my nails would last a week...then start cracking...all I get is Sip powder on my natural nails...Candy did an amazing job...so I thought...2 days later...my left thumb polish started to crack...and 4 days later...the tips of my nail polish is chipping...not even a week yet...and I need to get them redone...smh...a waste of my money.

The techs did very well. I loved my nails but could have saved my money on pedi.

The polish must have been diluted too many times. I wish she would have asked me to change colors instead of continuing. I didn't get the full view until I got home.

I’ve been going here for over 4 years and I’m always amazed on how my nails come out. Steve is absolutely amazing! Does amazing work. Forever will recommend this spa and steve!

Michelle, Tom, Nene and Kim are the best for nails. Pedicures are best done by Long or Candy and Nene. Best lashes and eyebrows Candy, Long and Michelle. Good atmosphere, very mature staff (as mentioned above) along with the clientele. You can relax in this salon.
