While some people would love the food, I found it too strongly flavoured and couldn't finish it. Servings were of good size; prices slightly higher than the local competition. Service was friendly and the place was very clean.
Food is good but the delays on Christmas Eve were absolutely ridiculous. They took too many orders they couldn't cope with. We waited over an hour past the stated time. Very poor.
First time ordering from here yesterday.... I had high hopes but unfortunately I was vomiting it all back up last night. The battered chicken was dripping in grease. Shame. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

Second really disappointing experience from Michaels, last night the messed up the order after id picked it up and got home I rang them to let them know and they wouldn't deliver even thought it was there mistake to correct the order as we are out there delivery zone, so I have to drive back to get a refund, the week before we got burnt omelettes that tasted of fish, terrible customer service and breach of several food hygiene codes, allergies and cross contamination. will not be going back ever and would advise you avoid
Phoned up last minute vertually, just before work. I can honestly say these guy's are exceptional!! My food was delivered extremely quickly. very pleasant friendly customer service food was piping hot and delicious to say the least. Thankyou Michael's Chinese for the outstanding polite and speedy delivery service and super delicious food definitely 5* service thankyou.
Site says opens 5pm. Two times I rang engaged. 4 times nobody picking up. Clearly don't need the business. Bye
I have been a customer for almost 50 years and always top quality stuff but the chips are now ex frozen instead of the tasty large freshly cooked ones they used to sell. Definite step down in quality.
