Buyer Beware!! Prices clearly marked in the packages will not be honored!! I picked up 4 different products with sale stickers on all of them, none of the prices were honored. I showed her where it he item was in the store and she saw several with the same prices as the ones I chose. She honored none of the prices and I cancelled my entire order. I’ve been shopping here for a couple years but this was the last time. Verify your prices before you pay! They also don’t offer refunds!

Amazing customer service !!!!! I got a last min hair appointment for 7am the next day before stores opened and needed braiding hair. I went last min to find braiding hair when they where closing and they where so sweet and nice. Didn’t know what I would have done. I am forever grateful and now I’m a forever customer!!

They have a very nice selection and great prices. Occasionally I'm disappointed in the quality of one of their products, but overall I've been very satisfied. Thanks to Metro Beauty Supply, I can afford to own 60 different colors of nail polish!

I'm shocked by these reviews because I have had consistently great experiences here. I actually travel really far, passing several hairstores to specifically come to this one because of how helpful and kind the staff is to me. They are always going above and beyond to help me with what I need. I haven't lived in GA long but when I found this place, I decided early on that it will be my go to spot for hair products.

It's disappointing to see so many negative comments. I will say that I've seen them put up with a lot of rude behavior from customers that come in with attitudes or are upset about prices etc. Your money issues, wild children running around or entitlement to shop when the store is about to close is not their problem. You have to give respect the same way you want it. They are not less worthy of it because you're a customer.

I can only speak for myself when I say, I have had really good experiences here from the minute I walk through the door to when I leave. They even throw in a few freebies every time I go because I'm always spending so much.

This was my first job, I still love coming here 4 years later! The only beauty supply I go to !

As a Brown girl and Master Cosmetologist, It’s Sad that race is now used in Everything when someone have an Unpleasant experience! I have worked at Four Beauty Supplies in my 20’s (I’m 41 now) owned by Korean and They are one of the most Amazing Nationalities to work for! I recently moved to Kennesaw and have been shopping here for Salon needs for about 1 year. The owner is Great!

I came in to find some crochet hair to do a quick style. I was greeted upon entrance by a team member and the owner. I was later asked in passing if I needed any help finding anything to which I said no thank you. When I brought my purchases up to the counter for out I was greeted warmly again. There was a young lady whom I believed to eb in training and she was having some difficulty ringing up my purchase. The owner guided her through it so calmly and made her feel confident and that was awesome to see. The owner even shared her seaweed wraps with me. Which by the way are a favorite snack of mine now. Overall awesome experience. There are plenty of options to choose from as far as hair and hair products. I've been coming to Metro Beauty Supply on and off for about 2 years and I've only had one incident with a wig try-on and that was it. If I could change anything it would be to make the wig area organized and less cluttered looking and maybe less product on the sales room floor. It's quite a lot of products and it can seem overwhelming in such a small establishment. ????
