Each time I have went here the workers have been completely careless and rushed through the whole thing! Today I went to get them done and the lady that I got once again rushed through it and in the process made me bleed many times! She didn’t listen to what I was telling her and each time I tried to get her to fix something she would get impatient and kinda rude. The nails ended up being $50 even though everyone else was charging $40! I am not happy with their service and will not be going back!
I love going here! It isn't too expensive; and the people are nice. They accept credit cards, but offer a 5% discount for cash.
I had the absolute best pedicure ever. The lady made sure that each leg had equal attention, all toes were touched up beautifully, feet were scrubbed without being painful, and my nails were painted to perfection. I didn't get anything special, but loved the whole experience.
My daughter got intricate nail designs. I appreciated that the man who started her nails had warned me the exact price her nails would be before they went on. Her nails turned out beautifully.
I felt the nail stylists were heartless. My friend and i went to get our nails done before her mom memorial service. And we both had new tattoos on our forearm...my friend kept telling them to be careful and they were hurting her but the guy did not care.
My 12-year-old daughter and I went when it was very busy (a few days before Christmas) and still were able to get our nails done nicely without making an appointment. The wait was long but it was worth it to spend some girl time with her. One guy working was a bit rude when we walked in but the gentleman that worked on us was very nice and funny. I appreciated his attention to detail and how careful he was with my daughter. We loved our nails!
Always leave unhappy! Most of the staff are rude, and the one guy who sits further down from the register is honestly just mean. He has made my friend leave mid appointment because he refuses to listen. When I was going here for awhile, I would ask them to take off my old nails after a few visits because they were poorly done and they never cut down the natural nail underneath. The mean guy would try to talk me out of it even though I asked for them to do so while booking my appointment. The shaping looks juvenile, so I just drive to the Cities now.
My daughter and I went in for a girls day pedicure. The staff was rude and rushed us through. I definitely did not get my moneys worth. I won’t be back.
Asking a customer "how many pounds are you?" Which has nothing to do with the service you are doing is UNCALLED for. And when the manager is notified they make excuses that "he's new" it's called RESPECT. I will not EVER use this establishment as they body shame their customers. Shame on you!
