Always professional and my nails look great????

I called last minute looking for an opening and they got me in. The guy did incredibly well!

1st time going to Master Nails. The basic pedi was excellent. John did mine he did an awesome job. I had a gel layover on my real nails. John was a bit rough there but the outcome was good. I will return.

Honestly the experience was nice and quick letting it be better than average. But the only reason it wasn’t THE BEST is because of my experience. When I went in with a friend, the people were very nice and the place was very clean. As the man was doing my nails, a woman beside me (who was there before me and had another woman doing her nails) openly became agitated over her nail “being messed up”. She kept persisting him to re-do her nails and kept asking him how long it would take (and may I emphasize, kept asking him) even though she saw he was clearly working on my nails slowly becoming more and more irritated over waiting. Now I did not have a problem with him leaving me to fix her nail since she was creating a scene, totally understand that and honestly felt sorry for him. The only thing that disappointed me was how he rushed to finish my nails in between helping her and doing my nails. Because he was going back and forth not really focusing on my nails, I had acrylic that was clumpy on some parts of my nails, one fingernail being shorter than the other, and nail polish had bubbled slightly on some nails. Like I said, I completely had no problem with him helping the woman, but I would have preferred waiting so he could focus on my nails instead of going back and forth rushing the process. Should I have said something to him at the moment? Yes, but honestly based how that woman was acting I did not want to be there any longer because of how rude she was towards them and how uncomfortable I was because of her hostility. My nails don’t look awful by any means, I’m just slightly disappointed by the flaws since he was doing such a beautiful job in the beginning. My friend though has STUNNING nails, the lady did a fantastic job on them. So overall even with the small flaws, it still was a nice place.

I love this place! I wish I had taken a picture when I first got my nails done because they looked great. I got a refill set with shellac on top. Even now almost two and a half weeks later my nails look great. The shellac is still intact! I have never had a manicure last so long because I do so much with my hands. On top of the quality, my experience in the salon was very nice and relaxing. I also loved that this is the cleanest nail salon I’ve been to in the area! Nice service and very reasonable prices.

They destroyed my nails, they were nice but i'll never go there again. Instead of using a solution to take them off he used an acrylic nail to pry the acrylic nails off, left me in pain and my nails broken and bruised!!

John and his staff are always very welcoming and very kind. If you enjoy getting manicures and pedicures, this is the best place in town! You deserve every five star rating. Keep up the awesome work you do to make us all feel good when we leave your salon!
