Mike is hands down the best scissor cut tops on the fade barber in Harlem; he is the only barber I go to now and have been this satisfied with since I moved to nyc three years ago. I don’t mind commuting if I have to in order to get the best of the best, and seriously don’t trust any other reviews, this business is competitive especially in Harlem. There’s some sneaky barbers out there trying to draw attention elsewhere with some bad reviews and it hurts my feelings to see this happening. Give this man a try and there’s no turning back, you’ll want to thank me.

Kasiem is a professional barber, conscious of my family & I time, thoughtful about our preferences, willing to take criticism and work with them. That's what I look for when I have a barber. I have a big family & all my boys 30 & down go to Kas because of his detail to preferences & cuts.

Mike is great, he doesn’t charge much and he’s very talented at what he does. I don’t live very close to where he works, but I wouldn’t get my hair cut from anyone else! Highly recommend ????

Got a great haircut Friday from Mike. Took a chance after trying for so long to find a barber who could give a woman a polished short natural cut. I found Mike! Went in for a head and face shave. The barber did not have hot towels. He microwaved paper towels instead. He used dove shaving lotion which was not effective. My head still has some rough patches and I had to cut the face shave short as it was very painful. The shave felt like sandpaper on my skin. Do not visit this place for a shave.

Made an appointment online. Was on time, but barber never showed up. No call back, no answer. Came here for the first time and Mike Kasiem did not show up. Oh well. Went to a place 5 minutes away. And they did an amazing job.

Been a longtime patron and customer of this craftsman for the past decade. I have absolute trust in this man’s meticulous attention to detail and professionalism as a craftsman barber. He offers some of the best cuts Harlem has to offer, and does so in a timely manner. Has always left me as a satisfied customer

Nice barber but this barbershop is way overdue for a renovation. It's pretty tacky and everything is broken and you look.around wondering do they clean at all in here. Scary but it was a decent haircut from Kasiem. I tried to contact him again but never answered me
