I’ve visited this place a few times. In the past, I was able to walk in and there was someone at the front coordinating or greeting people. The last couple of times I’ve been here, I’ve walked out because I’ve spent a lot of time without anyone acknowledging me or asking for the reason of my visit. I walked in today. No greeting from anyone. I sat down and waited for about 30 mins. There was another gentleman waiting before me. There were several barbers that were free, but no one came to the front counter to talk to the waiting clients. Several other people walked in and went straight to the back for service. That seemed to work as they got to be helped right away.

Perhaps you need an appointment? But the staff don’t provide any guidance so this is unclear to me.

If you do not know a barber or stylist at this place, I don’t recommend you visit. It’ll be a waste of time.

Siempre me atienden bien. Los cortes son buenos y de acuerdo a lo que pidas. Buen trato. Prácticamente cada que voy paso de inmediato al corte.

Waited for about 25 minutes with another gentleman and his two sons. No-one talked to us or no person available to talk at the counter. But other people walked in and went straight to the seats for service.

I don’t see any sign saying you need an appointment. I left and went to another barber shop at McCain Dr. I don’t recommend this shop to anyone.

I went to them about a year ago and Martha did my hair to find out about 3 weeks later of me having the blow out I was told by my braider I have a bald spot where she had singe and burned my hair off I chose not to go back and get my money but a year later in the bald spot still hasn’t grown back pls if u have natural thick hair do not go to them I think it’s very unprofessional how she did not tell me she had burned my hair off and I had to find out when getting my hair braided definitely not worth going to them

Amazing staff, always visit this place to get hair and beard done, Oscar is my go-to man, he always gets exactly what I am looking for, the rest of the crew are also amazing

I asked for a simple trim, and they gave me a bowl cut. it was also very asymmetrical and the lady who cut my hair stopped for 5 minutes to go on her phone. Never coming here again. Do better

My daughter loves this place!! Highly recommend if you want your hair done right and get an honest opinion about what is best.

Made an appointment for 3pm to get a wash and blow dry and haircuts for my two boys. A lady told us they would be ready in a few minutes. After thirty minutes and 4 people just walking in and getting haircuts. We asked what was going on only to have them look at us like we were stupid. Nobody ever serviced us or asked or answered any questions we got fed up and just walked out to take our business elsewhere. By far the worst service I have ever experienced at a hair salon.
