Es geht, ist nicht schlecht.für eine Mensa große Auswahl an Speisen.

Eine sehr gute Lokation, gutes Essen und eine sehr freundliche Bedienung. Für die Öffentlichkeit allerdings nicht zugänglich, da es sich um den Teil einer mil. Anlage handelt.

Dined there again in OCT 2022 while staying at the Edelweiss Have been to the Edelweiss 5 times over the years and always try to dine at the Marshall DFAC Facility The wife and I enjoyed the evening meal. Great salad bar and main courses are awesome Will be back with granddaughters so they can experience Army DFAC meal OBTW great friendly staff

Eating at DFACs around the world, this one definitely stands out as one of the best DFACs. The price and atmosphere of this DFAC is nice and reasonable and the food is quite tasty. When I am in the area and want a quick (cheap) place to eat, I have no problem coming here. As a side note, you need access to the military installation to eat here.

Due to having to downsize the menu, staff and other things...this is still a good place to go for a nice meal.

Staff is friendly, but overworked.

Salad and soup bar are good. Fewer choices on certain items...still very nice to be able to build your own veggie fest as you like.

You are now limited to either the fry station...where you can get burgers, fries, moz sticks, onion rings...or the daily hot section...this varies from day to day and meal time.

Just remember., this is not a buffet, as it was before the covid epidemic. Rightfully so.

Still, all-in-all, this is still a great spot fir a great meal. Daily specials change and are of a wide variety.
