19" pizza is more like 16.5". Still goodish price for a tenner, slightly lacking in tomato base. Toppings were generous. I would give somewhere between 3.5 to 4 stars. Improvements can be made if want to be the best. Thank you
AVOID this place and save your money. Been a few times to this place over the past few years. They used to be decent. But the past few times the pizzas have been tiny and they are very stingy on toppings. From the pictures you can see what I got for supposed '15 inch' pizzas which were 13 inches.
To add to the dissapointment of the quantity, the quality was also so low. The pizzas were very tasteless, and lack of cheese made it like eating a massive loaf of bread. Paid £28 for these two pizzas through ubereats aswell which is an absolute rip off.
Called Mario's to complain and the guy was extremely dissmissive and rude. They absolutely did not care at all that I was an unhappy customer. I'm pretty sure owners have switched or something.
There are WAY better options around this area.
So they had this offer £10 for any size pizza, any time and this is only for collection.
So we had this 21” inch pizza with pepperoni and it was just okish. Value for money is cool but the taste was average.

Bought two ex large pizzas with extra cheese. But they did not add extra cheese. In fact, there was less cheese than normal. Their service has gone poor lately. Language barrier when placed the order last night. Not very customer oriented anymore. Lots of other shops around to try better options. Not looking to go back to it. Pizzas were very basic and ingredients weren't good either.
Ordered a pizza for myself and my friend as we’re on our holidays and never got the pizza!
Rang them and was all but verbally abused on the phone, The male was so incredibly rude and dismissive.
Asked for a refund and he started laughing. Order was then cancelled through my Just Eat app.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Sick customer service skills
After hearing great reviews from my friend about the food I decided to order from here for my family. After waiting an hour for my delivery I was told my order was cancelled. I called to find out the reason and i was told "the pizza box was too big for the driver to carry". I don't believe this but it is what it is. This experience has left my family hungry and the inconvenience of ordering from another place. The customer service is appalling.
I asked for a thin crust pizza, they literally gave me something held by cheese, thinner than a lahmacun. I was told I could come exchange it, but the manager refused because some slices were missing. I explained that they were missing as it had to be served to guests (as it was the only meal to serve for iftar). Very embarrassed that I had to serve this, and very disappointed in the customer service. I will no longer be a customer here.
Mario’s never disappoint! Quick service, opens up early so ideal for work luncheon pizza orders. Price is very good.
