Had a great time at my good friend 60th birthday party with good food and drinks, and had a great time dancing .....

Had an amazing time, very professional had a 10/10 experience. Affordable prices and very spacious.

Read most of bad reviews and asked the owner Krystal about them, she explained with facts what they were talking about and it’s super lame how some individuals will lie their behinds to try to hurt some hardworking individuals, people want to get the whole experience and are no willing to pay or try to get over on the owner, after all she is running a business and she is super down to earth and will work with you. I rented it the best package available she took care of everything took the whole headache and weight off my shoulders, my daughter had a fenomenal time with all her friends and chambelanes, the place was immaculate, spotless. I am a builder contractor and specifically checked all the premises for that mysterious mold and did not find anything, I had access to everything . We did have to end the party at 2 am , but that’s stated clearly in the contract, never experienced anyone being rude, my party was 150 people and it was spacious plus.

We have a wonderful time there. They did above our expectation the place looks wonderful

OPINION about this venue. The security team (specifically one woman) made a mission of harassing a table of mostly young people before the party even truly got started.

Almost as soon as I sat down, security came and asked to see the entire table's ID cards. Three people complied, and we were then informed that we, 21+ adults, could not keep our alcohol (still sealed) with us and that only the bartender could serve us our drinks. The security then told us if we (21+ adults) were seen with alcohol again we would be kicked out and that police would be called.

The most outrageous thing is that after this incident, the same person complained to the hostess about the first bad review. What on earth would compel them to be checking and complaining about reviews, is beyond me.

Other complaints include mold, fire hazards, limited parking space, and overall lack of peace of mind. The bar did not check IDs, no other tables were asked to surrender their bottles and ultimately they did nothing but anger half of the guests.

The responses to reviews citing 'rules' are egregiously dishonest considering they were only interested in policing one table. There are months of reviews showing a clear pattern of mismanagement, poor customer service, and even hostility from the staff. Consider other venues.

DO NOT ATTEND THIS PLACE! I’ve had a horrible experience like the rest of the people that rent this place out. I can write a book on how bad this place is. To begin with, security did a horrible job. I witnessed so many minors here drink and they didn’t do anything about it. The female security guard with glasses didn’t do anything about the minors drinking. The bartender was not ID’ing anyone!!They let minors drink here!! Staff here is the worst. Not once were the restrooms clean, the floors were covered in urine in both men and women’s restrooms.There was LITERAL MOLD in the mens restroom. I witnessed two kids slip in the restroom because of the wet floor. Security guards were threatening to call the cops when no laws were being broken. At the party the owner told my friend to delete the bad review he wrote, that is a violation of the first amendment!! Do not waste your money at this unprofessional hall, it is not worth it!!

The owner of this event hall is very rude I do not recommend

i attended a party here the bartender was so cool but other then that the owner and security were so disrespectful they family who had the party paid thousands of dollars for a salon and service that wasn’t even good. not only was she trying to kick us out earlier but she was trying to call the cops because people kept taking drinks outside and because we tried taking the leftover beer and bottles that we bought.
