When it a business that is charging you almost $200 dollars but than bad service to you. No matter your age, rather your young or old I expect good service but didn't receive it on my first try there. First got charge a lot , second got a hairstyle I didn't asked for, third wanted my hair short I personally don't get why they acted like they don't know what short is is, or act like long hair is short hair. If they couldn't do twisted short than why try lying saying it short, bad service, dumb employees that think their smart by lying instead of telling the truth, just say you can't do that hairstyle. This the main reason why I can't do African females. Every single time I try to support the business I always ended up disappointed. The main reason why I can only let male do my hair in braids and twist styles because their better than females.
Good customer service and nice braids. I love them I will highly recommend they were so friendly and my braids were done so fast and so neat probably the best work I've gotten in a long time.
I was in and out quick the quality of their work is definitely worth the price I been always use them and I get so many compliments on my braids everytime.

I love my micro twist so neat and pretty and great customer service 10 outta 10
I enjoyed my experience at Mariam’s African Hair Braiding. I arrived at 9 and it was already 6 people ahead of me, but there was enough staff to be on everyone head including mine being #7. I love the teamwork from the braiders. Braiders that are not working helps the braiders that are. Huge shout out to Ms Miriam although she is the owner and all her braiders were working, she still helped out wherever needed. It’s not often the bosses want to get their hands dirty. So to see her help the team was MAJOR.
Good music and good conversation. I will be returning. The braids are so neat and pretty. It was definitely worth it. Thanks braiders for a wonderful experience!!!!!

Weaknesses:
1. High price: One customer mentioned that they were charged almost $200 and did not receive good service. 3. Lack of knowledge or skill: Another comment mentioned that the braiders at the salon did not seem to understand or know how to achieve a short hairstyle. This suggests that there may be a lack of knowledge or skill in certain areas of hairstyling, which could limit the salon's ability to cater to a diverse range of customer preferences.
4. Gender bias: One customer expressed a preference for male hairdressers for braids and twists, citing that they believe male hairdressers are better than female hairdressers. This comment suggests a potential issue with gender bias or stereotyping within the salon. It is important for a business to be inclusive and provide equal opportunities for all genders.

This comment suggests a potential perception issue with the salon and a need for effective marketing and communication strategies to attract and retain customers.
