(3 week before update below w/pics) Today I was a walk in to my nails and toes done and I'm happy. I've been having some pretty bad experiences at many nail shops since I've moved to Lansing. I must say Malibu nails did a very good job on my manicure pedicure with shellac/gel????????????. Great customer service... the gentleman here did a good job. Couldn't give 5 stars because I noticed a couple of bubbles in my gel and I'm not sure how long this gel will last????????.

***2/7/19 Update***

Today was a disaster!! Complete rush job!! During my pedicure the lady cut my toe, I have polish on outside of my toe nails, she clipped my cuticles and everything looks HORRIBLE. The gentleman I had before cleaned them up or so I thought until I got outside. He did my manicure with shellac polish and it looks horrible. I will not be back! Added photos of my horrible experience.

They did the worst job on my nails and i was charged 50 dollars. Nails arent even painted all the way and its only been 3 days and they are growing out. Because they didnt put them on right. Building is dirty and they will have u watch the news in chinese whole time your there. Worst experience ever

I love the place. Nails are done beautifully. However, I feel that my last experience there, tonight, was a bit awkward. I didn't know how to take it when I asked for something for me and my daughter the ladies keep telling me what was cheaper. I don't know if I should be glad they saved me money or be offended that they thought I didn't have enough money for what I wanted lol.

It's a small but nice shop. She took her time on my nails and even went out of the way to find new cat eye polishes they had for me to try and I absolutely loved! They are a little more expensive than some others but their positive attitudes and service are worth it

Great birthday gift. Excellent skills. Very nice Lady and very rude one. Thankfully or they would get no return clientele. But, i have to give good revue because the one nice Lady made up for the rude one!

I asked them to clean their foot bath before my pedicure, the older man sprayed Windex in the foot bath and rinsed it out. I said youre not going to scrub it with anything or use a disinfectant then him and his wife got to speaking their language then told me No that thats how they clean their foot baths. So i told them nevermind after waiting for an hour and a half!

STAY AWAY! After less than 1 week, the gel polish I had applied, is chipping and lifting. Nails were poorly painted and rushed through the manicure. In fact, I still have quite a bit of dead skin around my nails. Lacks professionalism and quality. Definitely not worth spending your hard earned money

I've been coming to this shop for a little over a month. Last time I was not too thrilled with the service prices. I paid. I recommended my cousin go there she was very unsatisfied and I apologized because they have been good to me. Today I went and not happy, I left without getting my nails done and I will not be back.
