I’ve been trying to find a place that actually do what they promise. The staff is amazing they treat you with the BEST customer service ever. I’m doing laser hair removal for my face with Anna and she has a lot of knowledge so, I always feel comfortable. Sassy she’s is changing my body completely lol she knows what’s doing. My legs have improved so much!! I haven’t finish the whole sessions but I’m in love with the results so far!!
First of all, the treatment they give you, so beautiful, what attention, so kind, everything to make a good impression. I went there to make an quote about the treatment that I was interested to make, the “professional lady after made an application to CareCredit loan payment she gave the price for procedure exactly amount that I was approved… too much coincidence. So in the next day I request the cancelation, called the clinic, try to contact them and get no answers I never did any treatment with them.
And this clinic let me with a charge of $5k
I came in for Stretch Mark Camouflage with Adriana Nuñez, she was great! She was very attentive regarding my areas of concerns and was very thorough and a pleasure to meet. Will return soon! Thank you Adriana!
I am having so far a pleasant experience with Virtual Lipo, Trilipo & Carboxytherapy, the staff are really nice, treat me with professionalism and respect. So far a great experience and I recommend.
I wanted to like/love this place because the girls are really sweet.
My mom did some type of laser for marks removal and I did laser hair removal. I did 8 sessions and spent more then 12 months to do it (which is fine). I understand that hair removal isn’t supposed to be 100% free of hair but I wish I was at least 20% hair free. I still grow hair as if I never did laser. My mom couldn’t even complete her sessions because of how much it hurt and stopped going, they started injecting her some type of solution that wasn’t even clear what it was.
I wish it was cheap to say ok well it makes sense it doesn’t work, but no we paid more then 5k on lasers and it didn’t work.
I don’t recommend going here for laser at all.
Very Disappointed, spent lots of money and got over 10 sessions of laser hair removal and it did not work. First they don’t follow up or give recommendations. My hair growth is worse than when I started which I expressed and they blamed it on hormones. I got checked with an endo. And I do not, I’m just hairy. The first girl that took care of me disappeared from one day to another and they cancelled my appointments blaming it on the machine being messed up. I went back and they had someone inexperienced who rushed through my sessions and I just decided to not go back. Every time I went they didn’t even know what parts I was getting done which made me feel even more insecure about letting them treat me. Wished it would’ve worked. Very disappointed!
Adriana is an artist at what she does. I was initially drawn in my the tattoo camouflage for stretch marks on my glute area. She mentioned from the beginning that I will need several sessions but even after the first the pigmentation was very similar to my natural skin tone and the stretch marks were already barely visible. The selling point is the change in texture. Overall very satisfied with the cleanliness, friendliness of staff and exceptionally satisfied with Adriana’s work. She is a master at what she does.
Muy decepcionada, compre un paquete para depilación láser, el cual no se concluyo. Primero al parecer la joven que me atendía fue despedida o renuncio, por esta razón se atrasaron mis citas, luego casi tres meses con la maquina danada y cuando por fin me llaman para decirme cuando seria mi próxima cita me informa que ya cumplí con mis secciones de depilación pero que me daría dos secciones mas "como de recompensas" porque le comente que aun tenia todo los vellos igual y ellos me afirman que la otra joven no realizo el trabajo como debía. Entonces es culpa mía que aun tenga vellos si la persona desde la primera sección no hizo lo que debía hacer, segundo yo no estoy pidiendo secciones extras de recompensa yo pague por un trabajo el cual me garantizaban cero vellos en el área tratada ya paso casi 12 meses desde que inicie este tratamiento y aun tengo vellos por un trabajo muy poco profesional e incompleto de parte de ellos, estoy disgustada y molesta con este lugar.
