Magnolia Mews Bakehouse has several strengths based on the comments provided. One of the main strengths is the quality of their coffee. Many customers praised the well-made lattes, highlighting that the milk was not burned and that the staff had been trained well in coffee preparation. This demonstrates a commitment to providing excellent coffee, which is a key factor for many customers when choosing a café.

The lemon cake was also praised for its balanced and enjoyable flavor. The positive feedback regarding the taste of the food shows that Magnolia Mews Bakehouse excels in creating delicious treats that satisfy their customers.
The atmosphere and ambience of the café were also mentioned as strengths. The space was described as light and airy, with interesting old photos of the village. This creates a pleasant and inviting environment for customers. The café also offers outdoor seating, which is appreciated by customers who enjoy dining outside. One criticism mentioned in a review was about a late delivery of a special Birthday cake. The customer expressed disappointment that the cake was not ready on time and that the decoration did not match the agreed-upon design. While the taste of the cake was deemed acceptable, the delays and lack of fulfillment regarding the cake's appearance resulted in a negative experience. This indicates a potential issue with meeting deadlines and delivering on customer expectations.
Another weakness mentioned in a review was a long waiting time for two soups, which then arrived cold. Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Came in today to check out the place since it became Magnolia Mews. The coffee was really well made - a lot of places make them too hot and burn the milk, but these guys have trained their staff well, it was the perfect latte.
I had a slice of Victoria sponge which was yummy and these cute cupcakes which were delightful.
They have some interesting old photos of the village in the space which was light and airy and had a good atmosphere. This will be my go-to spot now!
Apologies for today's brevity! This shop has tasty food, indie and outdoor seating, and charming wait staff. My SO and our niece seen quite taken by the place. The accompanying image is a bit more nibbled-upon than my usual, as they couldn't resist digging-in before I could snap the photo. I think my favorite dish is the lemon cake. It's not overly lemony, while being definitely lemony (+1 for balance). I particularly enjoyed its texture.
TBH, I even like the very natural looking sugar cubes. ;-)
Enquired about a last minute salted caramel brownie stack for a 30th Birthday with 6 days notice. Magnolia Mews produced the most delicious and well presented brownies - everybody loved them. Gluten and nut free also!
We came here as a large group and were quickly seated around a grand table in the window. The coffee went down a treat and the huge food portions soon filled empty stomachs. Tasty-looking pastries and cakes were available as well. Outside parking made it a breeze to stop off here and it was nice to see so many dogs popping in with their owners. An ideal spot for a lovely start to the weekend.
Cannot recommend highly enough - I organised a baby shower here for my friend and it was the perfect place. Lovely decor, friendly staff, yummy food - couldn’t ask for much more! They also offer a fab light up ‘BABY’ sign which added a great backdrop for photos. Will definitely be returning and would recommend for any small event.
Ordered a Birthday cake for a celebration 3 months ahead as it was for a special Birthday.
Cake was not ready when i arrived to collect. Although the cake itself tasted OK, the decoration was not what was discussed. When I asked about the whereabouts of the requested topper design, I was told "it did not arrive on time" and then offered a £5 refund.
Will not visit this cafe again and certainly won't be ordering a cake from them again.
It is with regret I leave this review for a local business but feel I have to after a really not great experience. The staff were clearly busy and working hard, and were polite at all times, BUT we waited over an hour for two soups which then arrived cold.
There’s no excuse for such a simple dish to take so long really and to then arrive cold. There wasn’t even an apology for the delay or attempt to make amends for the delay and it arriving cold. It did, at least, taste good.
Don’t recommend visiting on a lunch time if under any time pressure! Sorry!
After spending a portion of the morning scouring Google for a cafe nearby that sold breakfast that was open before 10am... We decided to head to magnolia mew's, it's in a nice little location, easy to get to and there are some parking spaces available outside (albeit in a strange set up).
The food is very fairly priced, great quality and care in preparation, easily one of the best Mocha's I've tasted and I drink alot of them.
The lady serving was very friendly and polite, and everything was served super quick.
