Just want to say, wonderful room. Theres no bugs of any kind. Not even cockroaches. Theres huge New MANAGEMENT sign on street. I didn't hear either room beside me. Theres no carpet, looks like stone flooring, very clean. Im in smoking room, i cant smell cigarette odor. I dont smoke! Big frigerator in room. Microwave was clean. Cable is super fantastic so many channels and i saw WiFi, i didn't use sorry no comment. I turned air on its very cold blasting. All linens and sheets/ towels clean no stained noticement. Theres plenty food nearby, 3 gas stations and ice cream shop. I'll be returning again soon, theres no need to look elsewhere.
This place has the most nicest, welcoming workers I've ever talked to. My first review was written out of anger and here's why, Me and my girlfriend made a reservation AHEAD OF TIME. We called a day early to make sure the room is clean and they gonna act like we didn't reserve the room saying someone had it even though we had RESERVED IT A HEAD OF TIME. ONE WORKER WAS talking to us nicely but another worker butted in with a snappy attitude saying "I ALREADY TOLD YOU THE ROOM IS DOWN WE CAN'T HELP YOU GOODBYE" and hung up in my face. That got me real heated so I wrote that negative review, however my experience with them yesterday showed more reason to why they said what they and it was all a communication issue. Me and my girlfriend went there yesterday and I literally cannot stop smiling ???? The workers was so welcoming and nice it even made me feel embarrassed for writing that review. The room is what really turned my opinion around. The beds was so soft and comfortable and very clean, the AC was working perfectly, and the bathroom was exceptional and clean. After our hours of passionate fun❤️, we both left the room with big smiles on our faces. Definitely can't wait to come back again. This place deserves 10 stars.
There was no door knob on the bathroom door. There was food in the microwave not cleaned up. No shelves in the fridge and the table that was suppose to be Infront of the tv was missing. Because of this review they through us out the new pictures are of all our stuff sitting outside the room door. So don't give them a bad review until you check out or this will happen to you. I didn't give bad review because he through me out I gave a bad review because it's a bad place unless you want cheap for a day.
I don’t recommend staying at this place. The bed sheets are filthy & has blood stains on them, the room had roaches, the shower curtain was stained, the towels are dingy. The staff is extremely rude.
The front desk staff was really nice. The room was not very clean. There was still food in the refrigerator from the previous guests. There was a roach crawling from the air conditioner when we went to turn it on. The beds were comfortable but linen did not appear very clean.
The previous reviews made me expect a really dirty room however I was pleased with the cleanliness and honesty about the rooms when I made reservations. My complaints are is that, when I made the reservations, google stated that there was a pool and free breakfast but neither of these things are true. Disappointing and do not rely on good service or internet service at this location.
I can't give it more than 3 stars. Although the girl at the front desk was super nice and professional the room 109 was not clean at all. Housekeeping girls: the shower tub had a black hand mark, the sink had dry rice all around the faucet when we checked in.... everything else was fine. Now the A/C didn't cool out the room very well...
This place has the worst attitude people I know the rooms are not good for the price the service sucks and the lady on morning shift maybe owners wife does not need to work around people I really want to sue and get me a refund room 220 Allen wise this to owner
