I received services right away without waiting. The young lady did a great job. My nails were not too thick and shaped perfect. She made conversations with me almost the entire time, which I enjoyed. Most nail techs don't talk much. I was in and out in about 40 minutes with an old set removed and a new full set with two colors. Very happy. They didn't have snowflake stickers. She offered to paint them, but freehand designs usually don't go well for me.

Went in for a soak off and new full set. The staff was prompt to greet me and extremely friendly. The salon was very clean looked really nice. The technician gave me exactly what I wanted and I literally had no complaints! Price was decent especially considering the amazing service!! Will definitely recommend to friends and i already made my next appointment ???? ☺️ ????????

Poor tracking system to determine which customer goes next. There is a sign in sheet , but don't bother signing in because technicians do not check the sign in list. I waited 2 hours just for another customer to walk in and take my turn even though I was next. It is not the customer's responsibility to tell you who is next. Poor communication as well. Technicians do not communicate that they may have a appointment come in, so walk ins get pushed aside. I will happily spend my money elsewhere. Don't waste your time !

I loved this place ! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Tina and the staff ! Kim did my pedicure and I must say she did an amazing job . I felt a good vibe there . Very clean . I'm scheduling my full set with Tina next week and I can't wait !!

Hey, my luvies! It's definitely been a long while since I've been on here. But, as the saying goes.."I'M BACK!"???? Anyways y'all already know I be out here in these Carolinas n Charlotte streets. Bringing, you all the good, the bad, and the ugly from these Merchants. So..u need to check this place out. Only, place I go to get my nails done. Crystal does an amazing job, and all of them do great pedicures. Don't sleep on the little shops. Trina cannot handle being told her work is sub par. I had a manure with gel nails for a wedding. These were my nails within 48 hrs

Poor product and service. There are much nicer and better options for nails. Her eyebrows are okay. Don’t go here.

Horrible place, very rude. I tried to ask about their services and was told I can go somewhere else. I am not from SC so was honestly asking so I knew what they can do. Lesson learned I will never be anywhere where they treat their clients rude and did a horrible job on purpose.
