I had my nails done about two weeks ago with a friend. She has been going there for a few months now and because of her well done nails I decided to give it a try. Yes, it has been two weeks, but as you can see in my last photograph her nails are fully intact and still look great. Starting at week one my nails slowly lifted at the cuticle. None of my nails have broken off, they all lifted cuticle. It is as if they were not prepared properly. When I called to let them know what had happened I was told “A lot of people have not been happy” and that “It has been two weeks hunny.” They also stated that they would fix the four nails that have now lifted off at no cost, but I need to pay for a fill and polish. I have gotten my nails done plenty of times before, I know it is recommended to go every two weeks, but I don't feel this should be happening, nor has it ever happened to me before. Also, this happened while we were at the salon. My friend was given no time to pick her color because they wanted her to sit immediately and she told her nail tech that she had not yet found a color. When I arrived I gave her the sample nails with all of the gel colors and she picked the number she wanted. When it was time for her nails to be painted she had to go grab the color. Since all of their colors have numbers and are never in order, she could not find her color. It had been a few minutes so she tried to open a few and see what color was close to the one she picked. (Because we all want to be happy with the color we will be seeing on our nails for the next two or more weeks.) At this point the worker shouted to her in front of the entire salon "HURRY UP!" Now, me being a person who works in a business, the first thing I would have done was ask if she needed any assistance finding the color she wanted. My friend was very upset and embarrassed, yet still gave her a $10 tip for a job well done. I am not one to bash on any business because things happen, but when you are confronted with a problem (one that is not cheap for us women) and you do not recognize the underlying issue, then I am angry!

I love Magic Nails and I won't go anywhere else! My gel manicures last the longest when I get them done here, pedicures are great, and everyone there is so kind and friendly. I don't make appointments, I just walk in! Remember to bring cash for tips!
Love this place! Everyone here is so friendly and talented! I've spent a while in the area trying to find the right nail salon and I have to say there's something special about Magic Nails ! I've been going here every 2 weeks for over a year now! Any nail design idea I've thrown at them they have gone above and beyond and exceed my expectation!
I love place. Nice and clean. The service is awesome and everyone is so pleasant and caring.
Had the worst experience here today. The tech was clearly new and had no idea what she was doing. I left the salon with one hand looking completely different then the other, nails were chipped and not properly finished. I was still charged full price for nails that looked like a child did. Don’t come here at all save your money and find another salon or an individual nail tech! Would leave 0 stars if I could.
My cousin took me here as a birthday gift. It was my first time here and I will be returning lol. I absolutely love how my nails came out. I recommend this place to everyone.
By far the worse and unacceptable experience! In all honestly go anywhere else! Don’t go by the 4 star rating. My friend and I went to get our nails and feet done from the beginning we asked the employee to direct us to color options they had. Received no help. Other customers there were kind enough to direct us. They have small selection which was not a problem I found a color quick but the lady did not want to paint my nails. Kept telling me to change it so I chose a simple white because you can’t never go wrong. After getting my toe nails done. I had chosen a different gel color for my regular nail and again the lady had a problem with my color. I changed it a few times and each time there was an issue on her end about the color. While cutting my cuticles all she did was complain about all the other customers booking late appointments. This was not the first time I caught her talking bad about paying customers. While getting my pedicure that was all she did. After 5mins she was not happy with any of my color options. She ultimately took me out the chair to help another customer so that I could pick a color that suited HER liking and time. I was getting gel nail polish! The lady left me standing around until another actually kind employee offered me a chair. She never came back and became busy with the other customer. My appointment was at 5:15 and 7 came and my simple gel manicure was still on hold. At that point I decided to leave and the employee at the counter took my frustration as a joke. I was treated like I wasn’t a paying customer. Do not go here they will talk bad about you and not even attempt to fulfill any of your wishes.
