The nail technicians at this salon are extremely rude. When I entered the salon, they did not bother to come to the front reception to ask what services I wanted, I had to scream across the salon because it seemed like all three nail technicians were too lazy and tired to care about the services I wanted. One of them with short unruly hair rolled her eyes at me several times and felt they were being racist therefore I turn my back around and left. They were even too lazy and rude to want to talk to me. I am disgusted that this good neighborhood has a business with such rude people. I will never ever come to this nail salon.
Their salon is clean and they have a big selection of nail polish that are new and haven’t been sitting there for months.Did my nails with Brenda and she put time and detail into my mani and pedi. Everywhere else I’ve gone,they want to rush me in and out.Great service!
My nails were beautiful I got a set for 71 dollars Michael did a good job.
In the beginning before someone did my nails this lady filled tf out of them and cut me not ONCE BUT THREE times I started bleeding out of 2 of my fingers. While typing this up my fingers still hurt. Oh btw no they didn’t give a discount
This is a clean and organized nail shop. All the nail tech are professional,Michael was great he did my nails Exactly how i ask him.
Very bad customer service by the chinese/Vietnamese people and place smell like cocaroach last time I take my mama and girl there
The times I have been, the women have been rude, everytime they've Nicked my fingers and I bleed a lot, they always lied to me about the price as well and would change it after setting the price in the beginning. I get gel and it never even last 3 days before it starts chipping . It's unfortunate that I kept having the same experience when I went.
First time going and LAST!!! it's like they purpose took forever on alllllll the pedicures so that I would leave it was an hour wait and waste of time and act like they didn't even want to speak
I frequent Magic Nails often for the most part my experience is pleasant but, unfortunately my nails didn't turn out good this time. My nails didn't look anything like the reference picture I showed the tech, not even the shape and the line work was very inconsistent. I spoke with the manager Michael and he wasn't very understanding about the situation. Luckily the tech did remove the polish and smooth out the nail but I won't be returning to Magic Nails.
