I waited an hour to hop in the chair, and somehow ended up getting out of the chair an hour sooner than expected. I look incredible and I’m so happy with how my hair turned out!! Thank you, M & E!!
I went to this shop last night to get my hair braided and my experience was terrible. The owner, well I guess she's the owner. The Lady the takes the call's and give you the prices was highly unprofessional. She was very rough and had no consideration for my time. She stayed on her phone consistently and not for business purposes. She appeared to have a very nasty altitude. I did send her a text and she never responded. I run a small business and if I had received a text from a Customer explaining a bad experience, I would have reached out to the Customer to apologize for their bad experience. How can you own a business and be so unprofessional and nasty. Although my hair turned out right, it doesn't make up for the Customer Service that I received. I can go elsewhere and get my hair done right and receive good Customer Service. I don't continue to spend my money somewhere with bad Customer Service skills.

DO NOT USE!!! I went to this establishment to get my hair braided and bay-bee, it was just a horrible experience. The owner (manager) was only concerned about how many new customers come into the store and money. Each time she would leave me and go to tend to the potential customers. At one point she left the store about 30 mins into my braids. I literally had to sit and wait until she came back 30 mins later. Then she asked me for payment before my hair was half completed. I knew I should not have not paid but I did that is why I feel so violated. The service that I got was so bad and the hair braiding was not box braids. I was appalled. Again save your money... price gauging does occur as I watched everyone pay a different price for the box braids. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! (btw, I only gave 1 star because I could not give a zero)
