The women there are so rude. One of them did my manicure and she used the hand piece to clean out the nail beds and it was so painful. My nails were bleeding and she totally ignored it. She used a metal file that was also so painful. I didn’t like the shape so I called and asked if I can come in for a reshape and she charged me $10 for the reshape that took 5 minutes. I’m never going to Lv nails ever again.

My granddaughter and I came late and they should have been closing. Instead of sending us away, they let us in and we love the great job. Acted like they had all the time in the world - did the color and design just as we asked and we could not be more pleased.

HORRIBLE. Me and my sister came together our nails done and the lady was rude and horrible. A lady had kids and she was asked to have her mom “take the kids shopping “ it’s 9:00 at night !!!

My college daughter went here thinking it was like the LV nails back home in CO. Worst place ever. It was run down, the women were rude and she was not happy with her nails. She regrets spending her money here! Zero stars!

This is the worst nail salon I have been too in Lincoln. The lady that did my nails had no idea what she was even doing. I tried to get a design but in the end did not get it because she didn’t know how to do simple sparkles. I will never return to this place nor recommend it to anyone. My nails are super flimsy and I had to repaint them myself. The lady that did them was super rude and unprofessional. They still made me pay full price. I will never be back

Kim is amazing... love that she uses the polishes from her country on me.

I would not give them a star rating. The ladies were rude and disrespectful. Terrible service. I would never return again!
