Don’t waste your money, went in for 2 pedicures today and the service was terrible. They don’t speak to you and just point to the line of pedicure stations as if you’re supposed to guess which one. Not only that, my pedicure was started almost right away but my husbands was not I was halfway through mine before a woman came to start his. When she came over to start it she rushed the entire thing. Super rough on his legs and feet, and used the wrong products than what was requested. She seemed flustered because her scheduled appt showed up late. She was more worried about her client that the current one she had in front of her. Not to mention the kids that were in the back room yelling mommy and she had to keep getting up and going over to yell at them to be quiet. I’ve been here so many times and loved the luxury pedicures but after today will not be back! Terrible customer service, and unfriendly!
Love this place. Hailey always tries to accommodate my crazy requests. Tiffany is also top notch. Would not go any where else.
I went to Luxy on December 22nd and got my nails done and they came out horrible I had a new young male technician it was so busy that day that I figure I'll just call them and let them know my experience Luxy did tell me to come back on December 26th and she was really very unfriendly just did my nails over like if it was my fault that the nail technician messed up my nails I just thought that was very unprofessional I've been going there for about a year it was just like really rude kind of my nails did turn out better than before but they still wasn't great

Received a gel manicure and pedicure. Manicure was done by Tangi I believe. She did a great job but also just help guide me to make a better decision on what would be better for my nails. Keeping my nails natural and healthy. Two weeks later my color gel manicure still looks great.
I have been seeing Tiffany for 2 years now and she is the best. She is very kind and caring and always makes sure you get exactly what you ask for. She does nail art, diamonds, stickers- you name it she can do it. She is the best.
Made an appointment for a pedicure at 10:30am. I arrived at 10:25 and was asked to sit and wait. Other people came after me for pedicures as well and were taken before me. Finally got my pedicure started at 11:05. They have no sort of system to track appointments. They don't look at appointment books. They literally point to a person and tell them to go sit. Very unorganized.
Only reason I'm not giving it 1 star is because the girl did a good job even though you could tell she was trying to rush.
I went there to get a pedicure done today. As I sat in the chair some man assisted with my service he turned on the little tub and walked away. As it filled up the water started to spray up to me I was soaked and wet I was yelling for help. As I got up Noone helped me everyone was looking around. And some of the staff member were laughing due to the fact I just got soaked and wet. I then decided well since I'm here and soaked let me finish my service right. Soo they moved me to the next chair. These people were still laughing looking at me. Talking and to top it. Off they charged me full price for my service. And I had to walk out soaked and wet because they didn't even offer a towel to dry off. Rude they don't have any manors.
