Quick Facts About Luxury Nails & Spa

Luxury Nails & Spa has received a mix of positive and negative comments, providing insight into its strengths and weaknesses. In order to analyze these comments thoroughly, let's start with the strengths:
One strength of Luxury Nails & Spa is the quality of work. Several customers mentioned that they were satisfied with the results of their nail services. Jason in particular was praised for his problem-solving skills and ability to give customers the nails they desire. The commenter also mentioned that their nails still looked brand new even after two weeks. This indicates that the salon provides high-quality and long-lasting nail services.
Another strength of the salon is its ability to perform relaxing and satisfying pedicures. A customer mentioned that while the pedicure was pretty typical, it was still relaxing and produced satisfying results. This suggests that the salon excels in providing a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for pedicures.
Additionally, the salon has been described as quick and efficient. Customers appreciated the prompt service and mentioned that the work was completed in a timely manner. This indicates that the salon values efficiency and respects their customers' time.
Now, let's move on to the weaknesses of Luxury Nails & Spa:
One major complaint mentioned by multiple customers is the customer service. They claim that the staff, except for Jason, lacks experience and is rude. One customer even mentioned that the owner of the salon, who is supposed to be running the shop, was rude and did a terrible job on their uncle's manicure. This portrays a lack of professionalism and customer-oriented mindset among the staff. Rude behavior and inadequate service can greatly impact the overall customer experience.
Another weakness mentioned by a customer is the rush job that was done during their gel manicure. The salon seems to prioritize speed and quantity of clients over quality. The customer experienced chipping and sloppy nails just two days after the service. This indicates that the salon may not take the necessary time and care to ensure a thorough and precise application of gel polish.
Pricing is another weakness highlighted by several customers. They mentioned that the salon is quite expensive, considering the quality and outcome of the services. One customer felt that they were charged excessively for a gel overlay and eyebrow wax, which resulted in a rush job. The high prices combined with the subpar service can lead to disappointment and reluctance to return to the salon.
Lastly, there have been complaints regarding the use of unclean materials. A customer mentioned developing a rash on their ankle after a pedicure, suggesting that the salon may not prioritize proper hygiene and sanitation practices. This can be a major concern for customers who value cleanliness and safety.
In conclusion, Luxury Nails & Spa has several strengths, such as the quality of work, the ability to deliver satisfying pedicures, and efficient service. However, the weaknesses include poor customer service, rush jobs leading to chipping nails, high prices, and potential lack of hygiene practices. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses in order to improve the overall customer experience and retain a loyal clientele.

If you go, request Jason! He’s fire with problem solving to give you the nails you desire, he’s quick, and nice! I’m convinced square nails are his specialty. As far as the pedicure, pretty typical but relaxing and satisfying results.
Outstanding work. A bit pricey but the work is amazing. Asked for a firm hand for my pedicure and he did great. My nails still look brand new 2 weeks later. Got ombre overlay. $57.
The customer service here is trash. They only have one nails tech that can do nails everyone else needs more experience. My biggest issue is they are rude. They did a terrible job on my uncles manicure. His nails were dirty, uneven, and the polish was all outside the nails. I asked his tech, who is suppose to be running the shop, and she was rude as hell. I have no problem paying and tipping but you have to perform the service. She finally took him after taking 2 people and was rough with him. He had to ask her not to snatch his hands. Plenty of other Homewood nail salons.
This ain't it! The man who did my pedicure was very rude.! He wouldn't fix my toe nail after making me walk all the way to the front to dry. He stared at me when I asked him about dry fast spray. My feet were super ashy after the pedicure. He was not helpful and definitely didn't care much about the customer experience. Please don't waste your time or money.
Linda destroyed my real nails. Rushed job and my nails were burning the entire time. I kept telling her and she started to make fun of me in her language to the other workers. 2 nails broke within 2 days of me getting them done. DO NOT GO HERE . You will regret it. Every time I go there I spend over $150. Will not be back!
UPDATE Rash has formed on my ankle from the $65 pedicure. I have no allergies which makes me believe they did not use clean materials. ???? No chip toes completely came off 3 days after.
Service was quick, high quality, and reasonably priced. Jason did my set and I am absolutely obsessed! Turned out better than I even imagined. Will definitely be coming back
I went here for the first time this past Saturday. This place seems nice at first glance. They are nice and they work fast. However, working fast and trying to get as many clients as possible results in low quality work. I got a gel manicure, and the woman working on my hands was rushing and did not allow me to dry my nails properly. As a result, my nails are chipping just two days later. The nails came out pretty sloppy as well. They charge way too much for this to be happening. I would not recommend this place.
I went today, first time. Prices are extremely high. I got a fresh powdered gel overlay and eyebrow wax. No artificial tips, just my own-real-trimmed nails. It cost $81. Ridiculous! I doubt if it ever return. Neither my nails nor my eyebrows were even on point, more like a rush job. ALL OF IT. Sadly, very disappointed…
