I was next door at a dentist appt for my daughter, the visit was going to take a while so I decided to go next door to get a fill in.
I walk in and the lady says “hello, do you have an appointment” I informed her I didn’t. She said they only take appointments. I asked sis she have any appointments for today she quickly stated NO. I find it very strange that I have been sitting in front of this business for over 1 hour (waiting on my daughter at the dentist) and the mail shop is completely EMPTY! Things that make you say Hmmmmmm. Have a great day ????
None of the nail salons in my hometown do SNS powder yet so whenever I have to work in the neighborhood of Luxury Nails I stop by to get a manicure and powder nails. This husband and wife duo are friendly and do a great job. They are gentle and pay attention to detail.
Luxury nails really was an amazing experience, the best pedicure and set I have ever had. While they are only a 2 person team, please be patient and know that they are the best around. Thank you so much!!
This place is hands down the best. Lana is amazing. Not only does she do the best nails in town, but she remembers everything. She remembers my special color and remembers all of the little things that come up in small talk. She is absolutely amazing. Not one time have I been disappointed. Thankfully I don't have to drive far to see her, but I would drive far to come visit her. She takes her time and makes sure the job is right the first time. She also educates you on your nails and how best to wear your nails to help them be the healthiest they can be. I get acrylic powder over my natural nail and topped with gel color. And I don't know what they use for a top coat, but let me tell you, my nail color on my toes has not once chipped or came off before I visited again. I can't give them enough stars!!
I've been a client of Le's for the past year. His attention to detail is unmatched. He is not trying to hurry you out his chair to get to the next client. In 1 year I have not had 1 broke nail where going to someone else I experienced a broke nail 3x in one month. After experiencing that inconvenience, Le is the ONLY one who does my nails. Plus I don't have to pay $100+ dollars for subpar service, bulky nails, rushed work or someone talking to me crazy. All things that I have experienced at other salons.
How do you call for an appointment, leave detailed voice messages and even personally drive down to give Lana an hand written note with my name, phone number and desired appt time and still no call back! Mind-blowing
I am new to the area and needed to findt a new place to get my nails done. My husband and I decided to try Luxury nails for pedicures. We loved it and I will be back again soon to get my nails done as well. I had great conversation with Lana and I was more then happy with my toes and the palm tree she painted for my big toes.
Great experience. It was a little pricey but well worth it! I got acrylic base with gel polish, something I have never tried before. The women was very nice and explained what she was doing and the difference between acrylic, gel, and sns nails. She was very patient with me trying to chose a color. She did not rush and was very attentive to the shape I wanted as well as asked me several times if I liked the shape and color to make sure I was happy. Overall great experience! I will be coming back!
