I have been coming to Lux Nails & Spa for a couple years now, and they get BETTER and BETTER every time ! They have astounding customer service the moment you walk in the door, you are instantly greeted and asked what services you would like done. The nail salon itself is extremely clean with a beautiful interior! It truly is a relaxing atmosphere with amazing music, comfortable chairs, and AMAZING nail techs. I highly recommend Ms.Holly, she has never failed me! She’s an amazing person and even better nail tech . I will continue to come to her and Lux Nails & Spa! Hope you all enjoy it as much as I do.

I have been a customer for over 4 years, my daughter and I love this nail salon this is the best nail salon that I have ever been too! my daughter loves it here because she can get a free design! I love it here because I get free wine free Vietnamese Food and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming!!! Every Holiday, no one else an offer that!!Every time I visit here I never have to wait!! Everyone that works here is terrific!!! The area that the nail salon is located in is wonderful, I have never had a bad experience here!! The location is conveniently located in Gwinnett County!! If you are ever in the area please come by and visit Lux Nails and Spa!! Tina in the Manager she is very courteous and friendly!! Kevin, Kelly and Julie are Awesome!!They Provide the best Pedicure I have had!!

This is our first time at this location and the experience was great! I want to give a special shout out to Ana who did my manicure! She did my nails with quality care and attentiveness. Definitely recommend.

In addition to the excellent service, my nails couldn't be any more beautiful. This store epitomizes the very essence of opulence. I was in and out in no time at all. They have free wine, and Tina is very friendly. Helen did an excellent job on both my nails and eyebrows. Her work was swift and effective. It's Lilburn's finest nail salon.

I like the place a lot, always treated well and friendly, place is nice and clean. I agree that the manager and the girls/staff are a bit to pushy to sell you different services but a simple dry "NO-Thank you" will suffice, at least has been my experience. 99% of the time I left happy from there.

Today 4/30/2022 Ms. Susan did my feet and she did a great job, and Ms. Wendy did my hands, she worked really hard because the previous tech put acrylic in my nails and I wanted to get it off and have just gel polish on my natural nails, she was patient and did a wonderful job with out hurting my nail beds.

I love my nails thank you to Holly for doing such an amazing job!! It was my first time doing this new design & there beautiful. Thank you to Tina for being such a great manager. No waiting, free wine on Friday & Saturday. Such a beautiful place to get your nails done beautiful place!

My friend referred me to come here for my permanent makeup eyebrows by Tina the manager. She did a great job! I’ll be back…if you don’t know how to draw the right shape for your eyebrows, come here. She does a great job. They do a great job on nails as well. They last forever
