Professionalism- I had an appointment and no one contacted me to let me know that my tech wouldn't be there.... on another occasion the design that the tech did started peeling the next day (on 2 fingers). I was told to come back later that day since she wasn't there. I told the lady that it doesn't have to be the same design I just want the same colors. She still told me to come back (which I wasn't upset about). When I came back she tried to "scare" (for lack of a better word) me into coming another day saying that it would take an hour to do the 2 nails...long story short I got the 2 nails fixed in less than 15 mins.... but the next day a rhinestone came off (by this time my set was 3 days old)
Seated in a timely- wait isn't usually more than 15mins depending on when you go out there

First time coming I was a walk-in and was seated fast !! Showed her a picture and she did a great job, even freestyled my thumb, definitely coming back !!! Great service as well.
I was a walk-in, and was being waited on within two minutes after arrival. Nice relaxing music was playing. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. The technician took her time and made me feel like a favorite client. I will definitely recommend this establishment to anyone!
Ok. I visited this salon about four years ago but I stopped going for the convenience another place provided. After getting some really poor quality work at another salon here in Greenville, I decided to revisit Luxe. Joly did my nails. She did a fantastic job of correcting my nail shape from oval to almond andddd she gave me a manicure. My previous salon didn’t do that. I told her she would see me in two weeks. I’m not going back to that place in the mall. ????
Go here all the time they are very good and friendly. I'm very basic soo for simple pedicure and nails it's fantastic I can't speak on anything fancy!
I go with a couple of great friends once a month for pedicures. They are almost always steady / busy, but not over crowded like some salons get. They take their time and do a great job on our pedicures. I always have some difficult design that I've found on pinterest and they are always patient and make it work flawlessly. The store is clean and beautifully decorated in modern decor and lavender. They have 2 kids butterfly pedicure chairs for a special time for your kiddos to be pampered too. I sometimes take my son to have ingrown toenails removed. They do a great job with this and doing this regularly keeps him from having his toes cut on in the doctors office. highly recommend Lux!!

After a very stressful week for myself three generations of the females in our family had a joint pedicure/manicure day. The service was great. I was very please and the atmosphere was very calming and I enjoyed being able to relax. I highly recommend Lux.
