I have a been going here for 3 years! Both Nancy and Danny do great nails but Nancy is my main Nail Tech, she is sweet and super friendly! I highly recommend them!
The lady Nancy did a wonderful job on my nails! However, the guy was short tempered and sort of abrasive when customers ask questions. ????To top it off I waited a total of 3 hours to be serviced. Next time, I will go on a weekday.
Came in to get my sister and I nails done and the guy was very rude. First he kept touching me as he was talking then, he told us that he would not do our nails because it’s only two of them inside the salon and the one nail design was too much time. I will never ever come back to this salon.
Came from out of town. I read the reviews and thought “this place would do good work, but there may be a little delay(wait)”.
I took my wife and upon walking inside, We realized there was only one technician (male). We Waited for 20 min, before the technician removed one of her nails and then refused to Actually do her nails. My wife then said “ok” and requested to soak them for removal so that She didn’t have to walk around with some nails on and some off. He then got rude and stayed he just didn’t want to do them. He then called up the next customer.
We didn’t have a good experience.
Wasted 40 mins that We can’t get back...:/
I expect the owner to say “don’t come back”. We don’t plan to. Thanks.
Recommendation:
o get more technicians; especially on weekends and peak hours
o always Maintain your bearing and professionalism when dealing with customers.
o provide a realistic expectation of wait times.
o consider doing an assessment on clients nails who you haven’t done previously
o allow customers to sit and review all colors while waiting instead of standing over a station with no technician.
Literally just left this nail salon and I am extremely pleased! I have been too just about all the nail salons in Orangeburg and I definitely would rate them as the most friendliest and funniest. The salon is decorated so pretty. I would def recommend anyone to try them! They take their time and make sure they are neat and nice. I wanted ombré nails for my birthday and my nails are perfect! Definitely my new go to spot.

They do not keep the hours posted, they may open late or maybe not at all. I like a business that is dependable. I noticed they had lost a lot of business one morning, while waiting in my car for them to open, but when I mentioned it to him I got yelled about internet warriors and personal business. What is that? Took my business elsewhere.
Just left this salon and I had a young black lady do my nails, she not only does NOT know what she is doing at all but my feet are the EXACT same as when I walked in, it's like she soaked them and that was about all she barely scrubbed my feet, and wasn't paying attention to what she was doing at all. My younger sister got a full set by the man that was working there and he was very attentive and did an AMAZING job but overall my personal experience if she is working I would NOT come back I was so dissatisfied that I didn't even allow her to polish my nails I told her leave them as is with the clear polish and got up, then I was charged $30 and wasn't even going to argue because I will get them redone at a later time
Always great work when I go. In comparison to all of the nail salons around they have the best customer service and take time to actually do your nails. They have chairs to massage and actually care about you. This is the best place to spend your coins because it's worth the price! ????????. I never walk out questioning my nails. #QualityQualityQuality
