Terrible service, terrible haircuts!
Arrived at 5:20 for my 5:30 pm haircut appointment. Was told I would need to wait 20-25 minutes for my turn. After the long wait, Jose proceeded to ignore me and takes another customer in at 5:45 pm. He did not even show the decency to apologize and honestly tell me how long the wait would be. I had to ask him if it would be 30 more mins (after having waited for 25 mins) to which he said yes. I had no choice but to walk out without a haircut at this point.
Just to add, I made that appointment specifically with Jose because I have had multiple terrible haircuts from other barbers at this shop. It was not possible for me to plan my day around having a decent haircut from this place.
Been there a few times I've been trying to grow out my hair as I've been maintaining it once a month I think this shop does a good job sometimes they seem a little rushed and I would appreciate if they didn't play with their cell phones while they were cutting my hair.
Great shop. Barber gave me a great cut! This will be my regular place moving forward!
Went here about a week ago and asked for a simple fade with a slight trim and even showed the co-worker an exact picture of what I wanted. I basically received a full shave around my head as the fade was almost non existent and I was left with no hair on the sides of my head. The co-workers basically give you whatever haircut they are feeling and don’t even consider what you ask. Edit: can’t really complain because what’s done is done especially when he shaved my head it’s not like complaining will fix it and regrow my hair back. It also seems to be a constant problem with the employees doing a poor job which is something that should be fixed
Jose is a good barber but since there are more barbers he over books and tells you “Sometimes you gotta wait” seems like Walk-in are prioritized over people with appointments. This isn’t the first time this had happened.
My son cuts his hair at this place and I never had a complaint till yesterday. The owner had another barber cut his hair although I asked that he does. He assured that he is good. He did a horrible job and ruined my sons hair! When I told the owner, he said that I didn’t wait??!! Wait for what? Wait till he makes more patches in my sons hair, it was
completely uneven! The barber was also extremely rude and didn’t even apologize.
Jose is a top notch barber. My favorite in all of New Jersey.
Goodbye headquarters. Hello Luna's. My new go to spot. Was a walk in. Barber took his time and was very kind. So happy to have a barber not have a full conversation on his cell phone for 10+ mins while cutting my hair like what headquarters did to me numerous times.
