I enjoyed my time here. Caring, kind staff. My stylist listened to my preferences. Pleasant atmosphere. Good prices. Make an appointment beforehand so waiting on others is side stepped...excellent procedure, in my opinion. Highly recommend.
Wonderful service. Felt at home. This was my first time getting a hair cut from a professional and I am very happy I went here. Cost for a mens cut was priced incredibly well. Olga did an amazing job cutting my hair. I will definitely be a returning customer!
One of the best hair cuts I've gotten! I'm new to town and did a google search. It seemed odd that a hair salon could have such high ratings. 4.6 with 36 reviews. Some of the reviews talked about long/confusing wait lines. That wasn't a problem for me, but I assume that place can get packed out easy. They prices were great. I'm used to paying... $85 for a haircut, at Lucy's it was $22. They've made me a returning customer!
Great hair salon. Best haircuts are here my husband has really tough hair to work with and most salons mess it up. Have had great haircuts here for 4+ years. Wait is long here because there are so many walk ins, so applointment reservations is good, or come on less busy times

Have been going here for several years. Everyone is very professional and the best cuts I've gotten in Portland. I personally go to Olga, but they are all just as good. I've already personally recommended them to anyone that asks, so thought I'd make it official.
Ok for men’s cuts, but women should avoid. You will get uneven choppy layers, and worse you may have butchered hair. Always VERY packed, and you will have to wait a long time. Claims to be have hair professionals and are charging higher prices now, but that is questionable.
Don't know what the recent review is all about... But I have never had issues with waiting for a hair cut and all the staff is very nice and accommodating. Lucy personally cuts my hair and love how she knows how I like my cut and don't have to mention anything. Great place and great people definitely refomend this place to all.
