this is my new nail place! my nails were perfected and i was consistently asked questions to make sure i got exactly what i wanted. great prices, great nails.
John and Kim are very sweet people. I been going there for 4 years and never left disappointed or mad. I always love my nails and toes when they finish. I also started getting my eyebrows and lashes done there too. PERFECT!!! always will be a customer.
John and Kim are great! I got a pedicure after work and got the best foot rub from John! Then Kim gave me a beautiful pedicure. The salon was neat and clean. I really enjoyed the ambiance during my relaxing pedicure. I will definitely be coming back here.
I'd give 10 stars if I could. I came in today (Saturday) and there were only 2 people there. The lady advised I'd have to wait 20min. I waited based off the good reviews. The guy started my feet with a nice, soft, long foot rub with intensive care Vaseline and did a leg massage. The lady (possibly the owner) finished by cutting my nails and cuticles, and performing an extensive, detailed dead skin removal. She was extremely sweet and went above and beyond with everything that she did. I'd be here all day if I noted each great thing. By far, the best customer experience I've EVER had ANYWHERE. Glad to have found my new nail salon. Thank you both so much!
I loved going to Lucky Nails for many years, but due to not enough help, the time spent there for just a pedicure could be up to two hours. Other then that, they do a great job and are very friendly.

99% of the time John ALWAYS do my nails, he take his time making sure it's done just the way I like it. He does such a great job!! & that 1% is when they are super busy. I always get my brows & underarms waxed here to.
Overall their great, with great prices.

I am very disappointed in this nail shop. I came in and specifically asked for my lashes, nails, and feet to be done. First I had to wait at least 10 mins for my pedicure (no problem) once the pedicure was done they started on my nails. While I'm getting my nails done I ask about my lashes and Kim tells me she can't do my lashes because she is busy and have a appointment at 2:00p.m... I let them know I'm disappointed and would like a better explanation as to why I couldn't get my lashes done and I was told it was my problem. This is not good for business...Communication is the #1 rule
First time I have been here and had a great experience. Place was clean. Did not have to wait to get a pedicure. The employees are very nice and take a lot of time with you. My toes look awesome and feet feel great. I will be back!
