Chinese restaurants change management periodically and unfortunately the atmosphere changes drastically. I was shocked when I went in today. It looked like it was under construction and the lady that waited on me was not nice at all. I was going to order lunch but after she was so unpleasant, I ordered a egg roll and she wanted the $2 before she cooked it. ????. Unbelievable. I wish we could get some real Chinese food in the area and your patronage is appreciated.

Great customer service. Consistent experience. Good food and pricing. The best chicken and broccoli ???? of anywhere. I am a long time customer and no Chinese restaurant in the county can has an all around great experience as lucky cheng.

This is the best Chinese store in bamberg I ever ate at. I been cooking here since I was a little kid. They very nice and friendly people. I never had any bad experience with them

Consistently good Chinese food and service. Prices have gone up with the prices of ingredients, but the quality of the food and the portions keep me coming back. They'll slip bonus items into your order based on what you spend, ranging from a free drink to a whole entrée.

This dining experience could have been better if there was not a lack of communication/language barrier. It is hard to place an order, a ask questions, or make a complaint when the people operating the restaurant speak very little English. It was so frustrating trying to explain my situation. I just decided to settle for what I had and leave. The food was decent, but the customer service was terrible.

Great food, but the card was a little misleading. I was hoping there would be be baby as well as adult panda on the menu.
