Horrendous food , taste was awful. I had ordered Singapore rice noodles with shrimp and some other items too. Wasted my money. Never eaten such bad food in UK.
The best Chinese takeaway! The portion sizes are really good and taste great consistently. The crab and sweetcorn soup is really good from here. Very accurate delivery times and good prices too. Run by extremely nice people!
After having some bad experiences with other local take away restaurant's we thought we would try Lucky 5. They really did not disappoint!
The lady / owner who answers the phone is extremely polite and helpful.
Honestly amazing food & we will definitely be a returning customer.
Never ordering from anywhere else.
Really nice quality food. The best chow mein, curry dishes and battered meatballs in the area. They’re really busy though which means you’ll need to plan ahead if you want to sample the divine cuisine. The staff are very friendly too. The shop itself is tiny so if it rains, you’ll be waiting outside. They messed our order up once and they quickly rectified the mistake with sincere apologies. Lovely family run business.
Absolutely discussing ordered my food from here tonight was dishing it up and found a dead blue bottle in my sweet an sour sauce I would most definitely not even give the 1 star but I have to
Great food, we tried chicken wings, tofu and vegetables - they are new to the menu. Not bad, that reminds me of the taste of my hometown…
Their menu states that they deliver for free within 3 miles if you spend over £18. However, they refuse to drive less than 2.5 miles to "the area" I live in. There's no toll bridge or visa requirements to come here. "You can collect if you want." No thanks. I'll go elsewhere. I suggest you get yourself some better delivery drivers. Ridiculous.
I busted this establishment around 2 weeks ago and it was lovely. However, ordered today and it was a different experience.
I ordered a special chow mein, for some reason it has been absolutely covered in curry powder. It was extremely dry and make me feel unwell. This is completely different than the first time showing that there is no consistency. In addition, this meal should contain shrimp, unfortunately I got 2 in total. Plus they had not been cleaned so still had the poo sack visible.
The chicken balls were tasteless and dry and contained the smallest amount of chicken.
Two weeks ago I thought I had found the perfect Chinese, but I guess the search continues.
