Annie did my nails-regular manicure, no acrylics, after a gentleman prepped them and gave a short hand massage. Results were pretty! I came in with a vague thought of wanting blue nails with white clouds, maybe a springtime vibe, and I asked her to do whatever she would like- she asked if id like daisies as well, and i said yes. I love how it turned out! I am coming back in a couple weeks for a full set. :)
I went and got my nails just painted and a pedicure and they charged me over $100! And I have nail polish all over my skin and my nail polish is blotchy and I had to remind the person who did my nails to apply a top coat because they forgot???? do not recommend.
i made an appointment about 2 weeks in advance, making sure i made it as early as i could which was at 9am due to a 1230 appointment i had for another service somewhere else. i was a bit frustrated due to the fact that i had to wait about 15 minutes for my pedicure and almost 1 1/2 hours after my pedicure for my full set. it was about 11ish am by the time i was seen for my full set, and she was taking her time, on her phone too. i had to verbally let her know that i had another appointment and if she was going to finish on time. she picked up the pace, and end result i really loved my nails. but, a week after, there was lifting of the nails which has never happened before and i used to get my nails done religiously some place else before i moved to walla walla and if i may add, i was also more active with my hands before moving here too. it’s incredibly upsetting since the whole set with pedicure was $135, seeing that she didn’t do certain procedures to prevent lifting of the acrylic. i have never left a review at a nail place, but the fact that they overbook, mandatorily have you make an appointment when they don’t even start on time, and the overall quality was just overall disappointing. i really hope they change the way they schedule and have higher work ethic when it comes to properly doing nails in a promptly manner.

Absolutely the best of the best. Always friendly always nice always going the extra mile. Ann worked last two days before my wedding to work us all in for nails and pedi! Best salon in town hands down.
It was my first and last time going.
I had an appointment for 5:30. I went 10 minutes early, one of the ladies asked me if I have an appointment I said yes.. I did not get put in the chair to start my nails until 6:20. The shape of my nails are not what I asked for and i have Acrylic on my skin and chunks under my nails.
I chose this place randomly, was a bit nervous, but I loved it! I got a pedicure ($28) and my male tech was very careful and gentle. Felt like a spa compared to other normal nail salons. It was busy on this particular Friday but they were kind and still gave enough time to do a great job! I was pleasantly surprised to see that many of the customers and techs were on a first-name basis - I can tell they get lots of regulars. A++!
The best nails place in town. Had a pedicure and a full-set done by Annie for the first time. She was amazing!!! They use all natural products for their spa. Me feet feel smooth and softest ever!!! Thanks LT Staffs!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
