absolutely horrible. the man who did my nails was so rough, and while he was cutting my cuticles on my left hand, he ripped off my actual skin then proceeded to drown it in alcohol. not to mention all of the workers there do not care about their job what so ever, and are so rough with everyone who comes in. i absolutely do not recommend lovely nails if you’re looking for cute nails. the nails are chunky, uneven, and as you can see in the photos i put, the dots were supposed to be gems. as i made it very clear that i wanted gems on them. they’ve also fell off after 2 days of having them. oh and another thing is that he was rushing and got nail polish all over my finger, then scrubbed it off which made my finger so irritated. please don’t go here.

The guy was nice enough…. BUT.. What I originally wanted they told me they couldn’t do even though their mannikin nails had something very similar in a different color. So I settled for this, and ultimately I hate it. The polish is on my skin, you can see every little lump but that may be due to the color. He didn’t clean up the glue or shavings underneath mine or my friends nails, didn’t pay attention to the cuticles at all so not even 3 days later they look super uneven and the tips of some of them are jagged and catch on cloth. Save your money. This wasn’t worth $60.

I'M BLEEDING!! Do not go to this place! My finger was dripping blood by the time I left and got to my car. My appointment was at 5:30 and I was not even seated until 6:15. The place was not even busy. My nails are all shaped differently, all different lengths and they are bubbling. I was also cut with the file twice. I understand the file part as I do it to myself every once in a while but still. I also do not believe that they sanitize their tools properly. I would not recommend

Do not recommend. My nails were in so much pain after leaving. I was left with cut up cuticles that he proceeded to put alcohol on to clean and burnt so badly. Had a scheduled appt for nails and toes and took 3 hours to get these done and wasn’t even ever offered my pedicure that was apart of the appt. My nails kept being interrupted while working on other nails as well. Clearly overbooked themselves. I noticed a lot of uncleanly practices as well & i Won’t be going back! Chop shop!

The staff were pleasant but I think definitely rushed. I got the dip, I have seen others with dip look great for up to 4 weeks. Mine started scuffing in a couple days, chipped after a week and barely lasted 2 weeks before they started falling off with normal day to day activity. Not worth the money and I don't believe I will be returning.

Everyone is so awesome. ????They really take there time. I like that there's normally not a wait. I been some places in Fort Dodge and there were 2 hours waits..even in the middle of the week???? I been going here for 3 months now. I will miss them when I move back home. Sammy does my fill-in. He always convince me to try something new, then i try it, then I love it. ????????Cant remember the name of the man that did my toes but he gave me a really good foot massage. He did a great job on my feet and toes. He took his time. ????Wasnt ruff at all. He put enough pressure???? to relieve my over worked feet, to where I was comfortable. I was ready to go to sleep ????after getting my feet done!!! ????????????

My cuticles are bleeding and my nails are crooked!! Very painful experience and I will never return
