Just spent $50 on a full set I literally could have done a better job myself, I asked him to clean up the black powder near and around my cuticles and he refused. I asked to speak to the owner the eye brow lady told me to talk to the tech.. Never again, save ur time and money go somewhere else! Smh
I luv this place???? this was my first time there!! Lena was excellent gentle very neat, her sculpting and technique is so on point I'm bringing my daughter back tomorrow for her birthday????????????
The owner of this establishment is rude and disrespectful .The only professional that works here is the nail tech K I don't understand how she waste her talent in a place like this
Customer service was great. However, I went back THREE TIMES IN ONE DAY because my lashes were done wrong and they were uncomfortable. This was a horrible experience for me. I went elsewhere to get them removed and redone. I can never come back. Great customer service but worse experience of my life.
I go to this place to get my brows tinted Jennty is amazing for the long mink lashes. Kim and 5 stars to Julie who is doing a phenomenal job on those nails. If your in the area call Julie for an appointment.. Or stop by to see Jenny or Kim at Lovely Nails.
Walked in 4 minutes after close time door was still often and they still had clients getting their nails done. I walked in and the guy who last did my nails asked what i needed and i said "Just gel color" he ignored me so i kept walking in to sign in and the lady asked what i needed; i answered again "just gel color" for her to turn me down and say "we close" i said its just gel color anybody can do it. So why would i be asked twice what i need if i wasn't going to be serviced, why because i wasn't going to spend the normal 60-80$ yeah they lost me as a client for sure. #greed only one worth going to see is Julie she does the best nails there.
So I’ve come here for about 8 months, and the girl decided I’m “difficult” because I ask for exactly how I like my nails done. I waited two hours for her today, only to be told she doesn’t want to do my nails.
I actually brought a style from my old shop in Jax and she was fine learning how to take my style but after the last two times when my nails lifted in two days, I was under the impression that if you don’t tell techs something doesn’t work for you then you’re just wasting money.
This is not an angry review, this is a dissatisfied review that the last two fills did not work for me and I had to return in a few days. Obviously it was done on purpose and I am offended and irritated that I sat and waited for two hours to be told I would not be assisted, by someone OTHER THAN HER.
I do NOT recommend this location.
I come here often for lashes they usually are ok sometimes to much glue sometimes there fine, on this particular day I came to do my lashes after going through some style options I decided on one The lady proceeded her work and when completed and I looked in the mirror I realized they were two different lashes when I try to explain to her she was adamant that they were the same when they obviously weren’t and that she knew what she was doing.
I explain to her not only can I see the difference but I can feel it and others have noticed as well she’s Still insisted that they were the exact same. I come here all the time to do my lashes I don’t understand why she Hass to lie in my face rather than fixing the problem more being honest I mean they’re my eyes I get the same thing every time I know One is 3X longer then the other . So maybe bring your own lashes cause there like a sweat shops banging those things out for $20 a pop they really don’t care.
