I went in there for a schedule appointment. They opened late even though I was on time, the door was locked when I tried to get in. When I finally got in and asked for my nail tech, the lady that worked in the back began yelling at me and getting close to me. I felt as though she was getting too close and was on the verge of getting physical. I was not compensated for my bad experience and was dismissed when telling the owners to check the cameras to take a look at what happened when her and I were alone. I am disappointed because I love my nail tech Ivy and I have been a loyal customer to her for years, traveling 45 minutes to be attended to by her. I hope things change and they can get back to how things were before.

Worst experience ever . The man that did my nails rushed through the entire process . Kept aggressively pulling at my hands . Had no patience with me because i couldn’t let my hands relax . I explained I had anxiety he continued to yell at me a harsh tone saying I don’t need your help relax your hand . He lost his temper with me when he asked if I wanted the white tip thinner I replied yes thinner and then said that’s what I said do you want it thinner because if I don’t do it thinner you will complain I never seen or had this man do my nails ever an he treated me with so much hostility . He kept shutting the gel light machine off before it would turn off on its own and when I told him my nails felt sticky he just said no it is not . He didn’t even cut my natural nails from in back of the gel so now my actual nail is showing behind the white gel and it looks awful . He should not be working with customers at all .

It wasn't the worst but it definitely wasn't the best. My nails started chipping the next day and by the next week they were pretty much gone I wasn't even doing that much with my hands I was on vacation. All I asked for was a simple Mickey mouse head just 3 little dots and it didn't come out the way I wanted but the people were friendly, the place was clean and it was only $25 for a gel manicure so all in all it was ok.

Not happy with my $18 manicure at all it was rushed and not clean and looks terrible. Facility is super old filthy and needs to be cleaned. Will not be returning back.

Best pedi I ever got! BB, Steve, their kids & another woman from got nails (forgot her name) that has a lil cubicle in the corner are all A++ at all their services! Just tell them the shape and watch the perfection happen

Has gone down hill! Went last month, did a gel on my fingers, but didn't have time to do gel on my toes. When I do 3 coats at home, I dry in between coats so it doesn't take too long to dry or get sticky. Well, the tech didn't do that. After sitting there for 2 1/2 hours. Checked to see if they were dry on my big toe & the polish just slid off. I told them I didn't have time to sit any longer for them to fix it and just to take it all off so I can get going and not late for my date. Meanwhile, not only did I get an attitude, but while this was all going on...one of the techs there had their toddler running around all over the place getting into stuff, and very talkative. Despite the fact that he was a little cutie, my spa experience was not at all relaxing before my date night. They did however, take $10.00 off my $80.00 bill. So, there's that!

Just average service. paid $40 for Gel polish pedicure. My friend paid 25 for a regular polish pedicure and hers look better than mine. Not that mine look bad at all, but I'm just saying
