Honestly, one of the best nail experiences I've had in a long time. The salon itself is a little outdated, but more than adequate. The staff and their pride in their work is where this place really shines! They take their time with each client and work on developing a relationship with everyone. As a walk-in, I was welcomed and wasn't made to feel rushed out the door. A gentleman brought his wife in, who unfortunately is dealing with severe dementia. I watched as these sweet ladies were extremely compassionate and patient with her. After she left, a little girl came in, and the staff was just as bright and welcoming to her. It was incredibly heart warming to see the ladies who work there be so welcoming and tender-hearted. On top of that, my nails look great! Every step, the lady doing my nails would stop to ensure I was a fan of the way she was doing my nails. I never had a complaint, but she kept checking in regardless. There were a few times where I was plenty happy with something she had done, but she wasn't, so she redid it. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I can't wait to come back!

The lady's at Lovely nails were very kind and friendly. This was my first time visit. They made me feel very welcome and they gave me the $18 pedicure and I was treated as if I had spent $100. I had dip and tips done in Indiana about 4 weeks ago. I called Lovely and asked if I could do a fill on them and was told yes, and I could come in at 2. When I got there I told them what I had an appt for and they said they can’t do a fill on dips, they soak it off and start over. So I said ok and showed my picture of what I wanted, the woman kept saying “No we don’t have that” and gave me the color swatches to pick my colors. They had lots of pretty colors and glitter colors I think she just thought I wanted a specific style of fancy glitter from my pictures.
Once I got my colors picked out they got started on me right away. Everyone here was extremely friendly and personable and just made it feel like home. There were 3 ladies working so there were a few other women who came in for services and they were all repeat customers you could tell because they were treated like family. The lady who did mine was attentive and made sure I got what I wanted. I love the way my nails turned out - absolutely beautiful. And everyone was so kind! I 100% recommend this place for a cozy atmosphere and personal experience!
